How can I increase my credit limit?
The Cardholder can apply for an increase in the Credit Limit upon completion of 12 months of his/her membership. The Cardholder can follow the steps mentioned below for Credit Limit Enhancement:
SMS CRLIM last 4 digits of Card to 5676766 for free increase in credit limit (will be increased to maximum available credit limit for eligible cardholders)
Log in to iMobile app > Go to Cards > Click on your Credit Card Number > Manage Limit > Desired Credit Limit.

What is ‘Minimum Amount Due’?
Minimum Amount Due (MAD) is the minimum amount that the Cardholder needs to pay to the bank by the due date to keep his/her account regular and avoid payment of any late payment charges. Payment of MAD ensures that the Cardholder needs to pay only the interest on the total amount outstanding on his/her Credit Card.

What is cash limit on Credit Card?
Cardholders can withdraw, either through an ATM or over the counter at a bank up to a certain limit, using their Credit Card. Cash limit is Nil for the first 180 days from the date of issuance of the Card, on select Cards as may be specified by ICICI Bank. After the expiry of the first 180 days period from the date of issuance of the Card, the cash limit will be made available to the Card Member by ICICI Bank at its sole discretion and on such terms as may be communicated by ICICI Bank from time-to-time.

What is the difference between a Credit Card and Debit Card?
When you use your Debit Card, the transaction amount is deducted from your Savings Account linked with the Debit Card. When you use your Credit Card, the transaction amount is not deducted from the linked account.
