Credit Card Referral Program Offer
I. Definitions
- "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
- "Card Holder(s)" shall mean such customer(s) to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
- “Referrer(s)” for the purpose of this program shall mean an existing ICICI Bank card holder, who uses referral program (Refer a credit card functionality in iMobile APP) and has referred a referee for availing of products offered by ICICI Bank
- “Referee(s)”, for the purposes of this Offer shall be the individual who has been referred for the products/services by the Referrer.
- “Referral Program” shall mean the facility under which the Referrer(s) shall refer the Referee(s) to products offered by ICICI Bank.
- "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from Nov 1, 2017 to Dec 31, 2017, both days inclusive.
- "Offer" shall mean 2000 Bonus reward points will be awarded to Referrer by ICICI Bank on successful card setup of the Referee during the Offer Period through the referral platform.
- "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s cards facility/service.
II. Offer
- The program is valid for the ICICI Bank Credit Cardholder/s only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank.
- Cardholder has to refer his friend/relative through Referral Program. Referrer will get upto 2000 bonus points (2000 PAYBACK points) on successful card setup of the Referee in his credit card account.
- Referrer has to enter his existing ICICI Bank credit card number while referring the Referee else no reward points will be credited to his card account.
- Referrer has to enter details of referrer using referral program.
- Offer is only applicable for credit card customers with PAYBACK reward profile.
- In case Referrer’s reward profile is PAYBACK in his credit card account then 2000 reward point will be credited on successful card setup of the Referee.
- Referrer can earn a maximum of 10,000 reward points during the offer period.
- If card has been setup under free pricing code then no reward points will be awarded to the Referrer.
The Referee should not have a live ICICI Bank credit card only then will the Referrer receive the credit of points. The winners of the program shall be intimated on our website. The winner’s list shall be displayed on ICICI Bank’s website within 30 days from the end of the month in which card will be setup for Referee. The bonus reward points will be credited to Referrer credit card account within 90 days of successful card setup.
III. Other Terms and Conditions:
- This Offer is valid on ICICI Bank credit card held by individuals. This Offer is not valid on Corporate & Commercial cards.
- If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the program shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder.
- In cases of more than one Referrer providing the same reference, the first one to make that referral will be entitled to make the reference. In the event of a dispute, ICICI Bank shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding the first Referrer.
- The Referrer confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred for providing his/her details to ICICI Bank.
- All queries with regards to the reward points will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from successful card setup date.
- General Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank are applicable and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card members agreement. - The participation in the program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Referrer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- Issuance of Credit Cards shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and is subject to internal processing.
- In all matters relating to the program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
- This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
- Any dispute relating to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts
- ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the franchisees of alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the products and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the franchisees of alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
