Cheque book will be processed and will be delivered to your address registered with bank.
Once the cheque book request is placed you will receive it within 9 working days ,however the delivery will be attempted by Courier within 5 working days.

Can I opt for multicity/ local cheque book through ATM?
Yes, Customer have a choice of selecting local/ multicity cheque however no frill,student ,semi urban and rural account holders will get a local cheque book.
What is iMobile Pay?
iMobile Pay is ICICI Bank's Mobile Banking application that can be downloaded and activated on your mobile phone. With iMobile Pay you can check your balance, transfer funds, pay utility bills, recharge your mobile phone, DTH connection, broadband, book movie tickets and much more on the go.
How much withdrawal and deposits can be done in ICICI Bank per month?
Cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals) at the base branch i.e. all branches/ Cash Acceptor Machine in the same city:
Nil for the first 4 transactions in a month; thereafter ?5 per thousand rupees or part thereof, subject to a minimum of ?150 in the same month (Maximum limit for Self: Any Amount and for third party: ?50,000 per day).
Anywhere Cash withdrawal charges for customer or customer's representative to debit the customer's own savings account at a non-base branch i.e. branch in other city.
Nil for the first cash withdrawal of a calendar month.
Thereafter in the month, ?5 per thousand rupees or part thereof, subject to a minimum of ?150 (Maximum deposit limit for Self: Any Amount and for third party: ?15,000 per day).
Anywhere Cash deposit charges for customer or customer's representative to credit the customer's own savings account at a non-base branch i.e. branch in other city.

What are POSDEC CHRGS levied in the statement?
If a transaction is declined at any Non-ICICI Bank ATM or Point of Sale (POS) due to insufficient balance in the account, charges of RS 25 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017 will be applicable per transaction.
The charges will reflect in your account statement with narration as 'POSDEC CHRGS'.
What is Spend2Earn Programme?
The Spend2Earn is a programme where customers can earn a cashback of Rs. 3000 on doing transactions in his/her savings account using defined payment modes, which will be credited in savings account of the customer on fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
Can I transact using any alternate mode every month?
Yes, you can use any alternate mode of payment but make sure at least 3 same mode should be active for 6 months.
What If I make a bill payment using Quick Pay option?
It will be considered under the cash back offer.
What type of transactions are not considered under Bill Pay?
Prepaid and DTH recharge are not considered.
If I register a biller using iMobile app and then make my bill payment, will I be considered active on both iMobile as well as on Bill Pay?
Yes, both modes will be considered active.
Can I use any debit card to avail the cash back offer?
No, only Expression Debit Card used for non-cash debit transactions are considered for the cash back offer.
What type of transactions are not considered under Standing Instruction (SI) facility?
SI set up for credits into savings account within ICICI Bank will not be considered.
What type of transactions are not considered under Auto Debit facility?
Only payment towards any of the below ICICI Bank/ Group Co-Products by debiting the enrolled savings account.

From which month my transactions will be considered for the cashback offer?
Transactions will be considered from T 2 month where T is the month of enrolment when customer got his savings account enrolled under Spend2Earn Programme.

Do I need an introduction from an existing ICICI Bank account holder for Saving Account?
The bank needs no introduction from an existing ICICI Bank Account holder, if you are submitting proof of identity and address documents, as prescribed. However, if you do not posses any of the address proof documents then an introduction from an ICICI Bank Account holder, having satisfactory relationship of more than six months, is required.
What is the minimum balance requirement for an Savings Account?
Easy Receive Account:
- Metro and Urban locations - Rs.10,000
- Semi-urban and Rural locations - Rs.5,000
- Waived off if atleast one inward remittance is received in the last three months.
- Charges for non maintenance of minimum monthly average balance (NMMAB):
Metro / Urban locations -
- MAB between - Rs.5,000 to Rs.10,000 - Rs.350 per month.
- MAB - Less than Rs.5,000 - Rs.450 per month.
Semi Urban / Rural locations -
- MAB between – Rs.2500 to Rs.5,000 - Rs.300 per month.
- MAB - Less than Rs.2,500 - Rs.400 per month.
- (W.e.f. June 1, 2016 :
- Rs. 100 + 5% of the shortfall in required MAB).
What is the eligibility criteria for the Spend2Earnrogramme?
- Customer should do at least one transaction (financial/non-financial) through iMobile (including iMobile activation) every month
- Customer should have done the transaction using at least 3 defined alternate mode of payments as mentioned below, in addition to iMobile activation
- Customer should have debit transactions in the enrolled savings account aggregating to Rs. 8,000 through any of the below 6 alternate modes
- The debit transactions of Rs. 8,000 should be done consistently for 6 months through the same 3 alternate modes
- The minimum threshold amount defined against each payment mode has to be fulfilled
- For customers who are already active on alternate modes even before they opted for the Cashback Programme will have to undertake new transactions using defined alternate modes
- Customer should not be defaulting on the contracted minimum balance requirement in any of the months during offer period
- The debit criteria of Rs. 8,000 will be considered from M 2 month and continue till M 8 month where M being the month of account opening for new customers and month of enrolment for existing customers.
- Customer needs to register for the required mode of payments (alternate modes) to ensure that the debit transaction in savings account against each mode is enabled by M 2 month.
Who can enrol under the Spend2Earn Programme?
ICICI Bank retail customers above the age of 18 years having resident savings account with minimum monthly average balance requirement of Rs.10,000.
How can I enrol under the Spend2Earn Programme?
Existing customers can visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch and submit the customer consent letter. New customers can enrol at the time of account opening only.
Can I enrol multiple accounts under the Spend2Earn Programme?
No, you can enrol only once and only one account can be registered under the programme. List of eligible savings account status codes are - FAA05, FAA10, GAA10, SBR10, HHJWL, HKC10, SBK10, WOMAN, GAF30, HHBT1, WMNF, HHBT2, HHBT3, FE10, HGV10, HHOTP.
What type of transactions are considered under the cashback programme?
Debit transactions in your selected savings account towards alternate mode of payments are considered.
How to download/ register iMobile?
SMS iMobile to 5676766 to get the download link or visit the Android/ iOS/ Windows/ Blackberry app store using your GPRS enabled mobile phone and download the iMobile app.
How many payment modes I have to use every month?
At least 3 payment modes apart from iMobile activation you have to use every month for 6 months.

You can register for bill pay facility through ICICI Bank Internet Banking service or simply visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch and submit the physical form.
If I register 4 billers towards my utility bills payments and total amount is Rs. 8000 every month, will I be eligible for the cash back offer?
No, Bill payment as a whole will be counted as only one alternate mode & not 4.
What will happen if total transaction amount is Rs. 8000 but payment mode is active for 3 including iMobile?
You will not be eligible for the cash back offer.

What documents do I need to submit for opening an ICICI Bank Child Education Plan?
What is the minimum installment amount for Child Education Plan?
The minimum installment amount for Child Education Plan is Rs. 500 and thereafter in multiples of Rs. 100.
How will the interest rate be assigned to Child Education Plan?
Child Education Plan will earn prevailing fixed deposit interest rates for the entire deposit period, i.e. same rate of interest in Investment and Benefit Phases. The rate of interest applied will be as per the total tenure of Child Education Plan, including both Investment and Benefit Phases. Even if the rate of interest changes, the Child Education Plan will continue to earn the contracted rate of interest in both the phases.
At what frequency will the payouts be credited to my child's Youngstar Savings Account?
The frequency of the equated payouts will be chosen by you while filling up the form for investing in this Plan. The periodicity of payout can be chosen as either Quarterly or Annual.
Can I prematurely close the Child Education Plan deposit?
Yes, the Child Education Plan can be prematurely closed. However, interest on Deposit shall be paid to the Depositor/s only for such period for which the deposit is maintained with ICICI Bank, instead of the entire tenure, at a rate which is applicable for such period and shall also be subject to deduction of applicable penal interest at such rate as may be specified by ICICI Bank.
Can I partially withdraw from the Child Education Plan?
Can I take a loan on the Child Education Plan?
Yes. A loan of 90% will be sanctioned against the principal account balance of the Recurring Deposit in Investment Phase. In the Benefit Phase, the loan will be available at 75% against the remaining account balance of the FD and not the original principal amount.
Can I set up a Standing Instruction for installment payment in the Child Education Plan?
Yes, you can set up standing instructions through your ICICI Bank Account for paying the installments of the Child Education Plan in the Investment Phase. For more details, please visit any ICICI Bank branch.
What is an Easy Receive Account?
Easy receive account is a resident savings bank account for customers who receive remittances from abroad. This account will cater to the domestic banking needs while offering additional benefits for remittances received in the account.
What is the advantage of Easy Receive Account over a regular savings bank account?
The following are some of the special benefits available with the Easy Receive Account:
- No minimum balance to be maintained, if you receive at least one inward remittance in the last three months
- Higher daily limit of Rs. 50,000 for cash withdrawal at ATMs.

Will I receive account statements for my ICICI Bank Savings Account?
The Bank shall offer the Customers who are individuals a monthly e-mail statement of Account and in case registered e-mail id is not available a physical quarterly statement of Account would be sent to their communication address, free of cost. In case of Customers other than individuals, a physical monthly Statement of Account shall be issued free of cost by ICICI Bank. Customer/s shall also have the option to avail a monthly physical Statement of Account or a Passbook.
