Brands spread across varied categories like Apparels, Food, Electronics, Gits, Lifestyle, Health, Books, Music, Baby and Infant care and many more.
How will it benefit the customer?
The customer can purchase shopping vouchers at a discounted rate eg He can pick a lifestyle voucher of a MRP of Rs 1000/- at a discounted price of Rs 980/- . Various denominations are available in each category.... all to suit your requirement.
Note : Physical vouchers have a delivery charge of Rs 50/-.
Steps
Visit ICICIBank.com > Click on Payment > Quick Bill Pay option. Under Quick pay > "Shopping vouchers" category Once customer clicks and says submit > it will take the customer to a disclaimer page > and the customer will be directed to a co-branded page of ICICI Bank and Euronet. Customer can choose and purchase the vouchers from the page
Electronic Shopping Vouchers
If customer has queries on receipt of an Electonic shopping vouchers then customer can send an email to our service provider email at help@mygyftr.com or call helpline at 08510004444. In case customer is sending an email then customer should provide the relevant transaction details as below:
- Transaction ID
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- Shopping vouchers brand name
Physical
If customer has queries on receipt of an Physical shopping vouchers then customer can send an email to csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and customer will get a response within 48 hours. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:
- Transaction ID
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- Shopping vouchers brand name
Maximum amount or limit of shopping voucher order per day is Rs 50,000 worth.
