iMobile

  • Login to iMobile and click on Services> Card Services> Generate Debit Card PIN
  • Select your account number, debit card number and enter CVV
  • Enter the 4 digit debit card PIN of your choice. Confirm debit card PIN and ‘Submit’.

Internet Banking

  • Login to your ICICI Bank Internet Banking account with your User ID and password. Forgot User ID/ Password? Click here to Get UserID / Generate Password online now
  • Click on 'MY CARD PIN'
  • Choose Debit Card PIN and click on 'Generate now'
  • Select your Debit Card number from the list of debit cards linked to your account
  • Enter the 3 digit CVV number printed on the back side of the card near the signature panel
  • Enter the grid values printed on the back of the card
  • A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number
  • Enter the OTP on the page and submit
  • Create and confirm your new ATM PIN.
     

ATM

  • Visit the nearest ATM
  • Choose ‘Generate ATM PIN’ option and click on ‘Generate OTP’
  • Enter your registered mobile number and select ‘Yes’
  • Enter your date of birth and select ‘Yes’
  • Select “Already have on OTP” option and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
  • Enter a 4 digit debit card PIN of your choice and confirm your new ATM PIN.

Customer Care

  • Call our Customer Care from your registered mobile number and select ‘Banking Account’
  • Select ‘Generate debit card PIN’ option and enter your 16 digit debit card number
  • Enter the following details i.e. card expiry date, CVV and date of birth of primary account holder
  • Enter 4 digit debit card PIN of your choice. Confirm debit card PIN and select ‘Submit’
  • Choose ‘Generate PIN’, enter the details and generate PIN.

Enable International/Online/Contactless transactions
 

You can enable your card for International/Online/Contactless transactions 24X7 by following these steps:

  • Log in to iMobile > Services > Card Services > Modify Debit Card Limit
  • Log in to Internet Banking > Service Requests > Bank Accounts > ATM/Debit Card Related > Increase/decrease Debit Card Limit
  • Log in to InstaBIZ > Services > Card Services > Modify Debit Card Limit
  • Log in to Corporate Internet Banking > Service Requests > Card Related > Debit Card Limit Change
