Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Card" shall mean ICICI Bank Debit Card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s who are ICICI Bank’s customers; and to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card and who have received the communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Program by way of direct mailer / e-mailer / SMS or any other mode as per the discretion of ICICI Bank.
• “Facility” shall mean movie ticket booking on BookMyShow.com using ICICI Bank Debit Card and using the payment mode of PayUMoney wallet service, available on BookMyShow.com payment page during the Program Period.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from August 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
• "Program" shall mean the card holder getting and instant 10 % discount on the movie tickets booked on BookMyShow.com website using ICICI Bank Debit Card and using the PayUMoney wallet service option for payment. The maximum discount given will be Rs. 50/- only. Also, card holder will receive an additional Rs. 50 cash back for his/her first transaction on PayUMoney's website using ICICI Bank Debit Card. . All Card Holders to whom a communication has been sent by ICICI Bank shall be eligible for this offer.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been canceled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

II. Program

The Program is valid only for Debit Card Holder/s to whom a communication is sent by ICICI Bank and shall be valid and subsisting during the Program Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank.

• The offer construction shall be as follows
  • Card Holder who books the movie tickets on BookMyShow .com website using ICICI Bank Debit Card and using PayUMoney wallet service as payment mode will get 10% instant discount on their total movie ticket bill. The maximum discount will be Rs. 50 per transaction.
  • Additionally, card holder will receive Rs. 50 cash back for his/her first transaction on PayUMoney's website using ICICI Bank Debit Card. This cash back will be credited to the card holder's account within 45 days post the Program period. Additionally, this cashback of Rs. 50 will be offered only once to the customer in the entire Program period.
• Following are the steps to avail this offer
  • Visit BookMyShow.com and select the movie, show, seats of your choice and proceed for the payment.
  • Enter the details (email id and mobile number) on the payment page of the BookMyShow website.
  • Select 'Cash Card/Mobile/Wallet' as a payment option on the BookMyShow payment page
  • Select 'PayUMoney' as a payment mode and click on 'Pay Now' button on BookMyShow payment page. (Card holder will be redirected to the PayUMoney's website for further payment and availing the discount on the movie tickets)
  • On the PayUMoney payment page, card holder is required to sign in/register and complete the payment using ICICI Bank Debit Card
  • 10% or Rs. 50 (whichever is lower) will be instantly reduced from the bill amount.
• The additional Rs. 50 cash back will be credited to the card holder's account within 45 days post the Program period.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by ICICI Bank.

III. Other Terms and Conditions

• A card holder can avail the offer only once during the offer period.
• Instant discount as applicable to this offer is 10 % of the transaction amount or Rs. 50 per transaction (whichever is lower).
• The card holder will receive the additional Rs. 50 cash back in their ICICI Bank account within a period of 45 days post the offer period.
• The offer is valid till September 30, 2014.
• Tickets once bought online, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
• ICICI Bank and PayUMoney reserves the right to disqualify any Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program. In case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program
• ICICI Bank and PayUMoney reserves the right to modify/change the terms applicable to the Program / discontinue the Program without assigning the reasons or without any prior information whatsoever.
• If the Card Holder/s ceases to be the Card Holder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Card Holder/s.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited (Phone banking & Correspondence Unit), ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032".
• In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card of ICICI Bank. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Merchant Establishments. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Merchant Establishment directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Product/s shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the Program.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any Merchant Establishment or Card Holder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program, or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever
