What is M2I Rewards?
M2I Rewards is the loyalty and rewards program for Money2India customers. It is a tier based program wherein customers will be segmented in 4 tiers (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on their transaction history.
How do I check my current tier status?
To know your current tier status, please login to Money2India and visit the My M2I Rewards section.
What is the validity date?
Validity date is the date up to which you will enjoy the benefits associated with the current tier. You are required to achieve the current tier criteria to continue enjoying the benefits after the validity date.
What do total transactions and total amount mean in the My M2I Rewards section?
Total transactions and total amount in the My M2I Rewards section show the transaction details since you have entered into your current tier.
How do I know the eligibility criteria for each tier?
In order to be eligible for an upgrade, you need to meet the qualifying criteria for the higher tier. To know more about the qualifying criteria each tier, please login to Money2India and visit the My M2I Rewards section.
How do I be a part of the Loyalty Programme?
If you have completed at least one successful transaction between September 1, 2017 and August 31, 2018, you will be automatically inducted in the Loyalty Programme from September 1, 2018. If you have not been inducted in the Loyalty Programme, you need to complete one successful transaction on Money2India to qualify for the Blue tier.
How do I know if I am eligible for the upgrade?
In order to be eligible for an upgrade, you need to meet a complete the qualifying criteria for the higher tier. To know more about the qualifying criteria each tier, please login to Money2India and visit the My M2I Rewards section.
Will I be downgraded?
You can be downgraded to a lower tier if you are unable to achieve the qualifying criteria of your present tier until the validity date. To get your customised details of the tier maintenance requirements, please login to Money2India and visit the My M2I Rewards section.
I have initiated a transaction. When will My M2I Rewards section get updated?
Your M2I Rewards section will get updated 3 days after the transaction is successfully processed.
What are the benefits for each tier?

How long will I continue to enjoy the benefits associated with my current tier?
You will be able to enjoy the benefits associated with your current tier until the validity date of your current tier.
Are there any extra charges for being a part of the Money2India Rewards Programme?
No. You will not be charged anything extra for availing benefits under M2I Rewards Programme.
