WhatsApp Banking

 Add <8640086400> to your contacts and send a ‘Hi’ on <8640086400> from your registered mobile number.   You  can also give a missed call or SMS <OPTIN> to <9542000030>, to start the conversation and get a secure   and interactive menu on your mobile screen through WhatsApp messaging.

 By starting a conversation, you will have agreed to the T&Cs of WhatsApp Banking.

Dial *99# (NUUP- National Unified USSD Payments)

 Dial *99# to get a secure and interactive menu, displayed on your mobile screen. You can access your Bank   Account, UPI Services, as well as transfer funds through this menu.

 If the VPA for your Account has already been created, dial *99#.

 If the VPA for your Account has not been created, dial *99*44#.

iMobile Pay

 Step 1: Download the iMobile Pay app:

 Visit Google Play store or Apple app store to download the new iMobile Pay app.

 Step 2: Activate the iMobile Pay app:

 Once the iMobile Pay app is downloaded, open and install the app. Verify the mobile number and select ‘Login’.

 Login PIN: Set a 4-digit login PIN of your choice. This PIN will be required each time you log in to the iMobile   Pay  app. We suggest that you choose a PIN which is different from your other PINs (ATM, Phone Banking etc.).

 Internet Banking User ID and Password: Log in using your Internet Banking User ID/Password.

 Log in with your fingerprint:

 Set your fingerprint as a log in option. Your fingerprint will be required each time you log in to the iMobile Pay   app.

 Step 3: Authenticate your Account and Log in:

 Once the login option is selected, log in to the iMobile Pay app. First time users need to observe the following   options to authenticate their Account:


 One-time Grid Card authentication:

 The application will fetch the grid values, as given on the back of the Debit Card of your chosen Bank Account.

 Internet Banking User ID and Password:

 Log in with your ICICI Bank Internet Banking User ID/Password.
