Dial *99# from your mobile phone to get a secure and interactive menu on your mobile screen. You can access your bank account, UPI Services and transfer funds using IMPS through this menu. It's that simple!

How it works?


  1. Dials*99# from your mobile phone.
  2. Mobile Banking Menu will be displayed on the phone screen.

Send Money


Enter 1 for Send Money

  • Enter 1 again for Send Money to Mobile no
    • Step 1-Enter the mobile number of the beneficiary
    • Step 2-Enter the amount
    • Step 3-Enter UPI PIN to approve the transaction
    • Step 4- Transaction successful. Customer can save the transaction by entering 1
  • Enter 2 for Send Money to Aadhaar Number
    • Step 1-Enter Aadhaar number of the beneficiary
    • Step 2-Enter the amount
    • Step 3-Enter UPI PIN to approve the transaction
    • Step 4- Transaction successful. Customer can save his transaction by entering 1
  • Enter 3 for Send Money for Payment address
    • Step 1-Enter payment address of the beneficiary
    • Step 2-Enter the amount
    • Step 3-Enter UPI PIN to approve the transaction
    • Step 4- Transaction successful. Customer can save his transaction by entering 1
  • Enter 4 for Send Money to saved beneficiary
    • Step 1-Select the beneficiary from the beneficiary list displayed
    • Step 2-Enter the amount
    • Step 3-Enter UPI PIN to approve the transaction
    • Step 4- Transaction successful. Customer can save his transaction by entering 1
  • Enter 5 for Send Money to IFSC Code and Account Number
    • Step 1- Enter IFSC Code of the beneficiary
    • Step 2- Enter account number of the beneficiary
    • Step 3- Enter the amount
    • Step 4- Customer to enter UPI PIN to approve the transaction
    • Step 5- Transaction successful. Customer can save his transaction by entering 1
  • Enter 6 for Send Money to MMID and Mobile number
    • Step 1- Enter MMID (space) mobile number
    • Step 2- Enter the amount
    • Step 3- Enter UPI PIN to approve the transaction
    • Step 4- Transaction successful. Customer can save his transaction by entering 1

Request Money


Enter 2 for Request Money

  • Step 1 - Enter mobile number or payment address
  • Step 2 - Enter amount and confirm.
  • Step 3 - Transaction successful.

Check Balance


Enter 3 to Check Balance

  • Step 1-Enter the UPI PIN
  • Step 2-Balance in the account can be viewed

My Profile


Enter 4 for My Profile

  • Enter 1 for Change bank account
    • Select bank account and confirm for future transactions as default account
  • Enter 2 for change language
    • Customer can change the language as per his preference.
  • Enter 3 for My details
    • Customer can view his name, VPA and linked Saving Bank account
  • Enter 4 for Manage beneficiary
    • Customer to enter 1 to add beneficiary
      • Step 1- Select an option (1) Mobile no (2) Aadhaar No (3) Account No
      • Step 2- Enter mobile number / IFSC Code & account number of the beneficiary
      • Step 3- Enter name of the beneficiary
      • Step 4- Beneficiary added successfully
    • Customer to enter 2 for Delete beneficiary
      • Step 1 -Select beneficiary to be deleted
      • Step 2 -Beneficiary is deleted successfully
    • Customer to enter 3 for View beneficiary
      • Customer can view his saved beneficiary by this option
  • Enter 5 for My Queries
    • Customer can view status of his transaction.
  • Enter 6 to Add Payment address
    • Customer can set a new payment address by this option

Pending Request


Enter 5 for Pending request

  • Step 1 – Customer gets a SMS for every collect request
  • Step 2 - Enter UPI PIN to authenticate the transaction or enter 2 to reject
  • Step 3 - Payment to beneficiary is initiated

Transactions


Enter 6 for transactions

 

Customer can raise query /enter query for last 5 transactions of NUUP.

  • Step 1-View the list of last 5 transactions Select the transaction
  • Step 2-View the status of the transaction and raise a query
  • Step 3-Enter the query and send.

UPI PIN


Enter 7 for UPI PIN

  • Enter 1. Set/ Forgot UPI PIN
    • Step 1- Enter last 6 digits of Debit Card and the expiry date by a single space
    • Step 2 -Enter the UPI PIN
    • Step 3- Enter new UPI PIN
    • Step 4- UPI PIN is set
  • Enter 2 - Change UPI PIN
    • Step 1- Enter old UPI PIN and new UPI PIN separated by a single space
    • Step 2- UPI PIN is set
