Outstation cheque deposited in Bank Account but not credited


  1. We will revert on the credit of the cheque amount in your account in 2 working days.
  2. Before placing this request, please check your mini/detailed statement at 'Account Summary' option and see whether the cheque amount is already credited to your account.
  3. If it is an outstation cheque drawn at a place where ICICI Bank has a branch, it will take 7 working days for clearance.
  4. If it is an outstation cheque drawn at a place where ICICI Bank does not have a branch, it will take 25 working days for clearance.
  5. If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
  6. ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility, and will also not be liable, for your claims if the details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete.
