Other Services - Link My ICICI Lombard Motor Policy
- Your request will be processed within 3 working days.
- For Motor, linking is allowed for Private Car and Two Wheeler policies.
- In case of Joint Accounts,
- Linking will be done only if Primary account holder is same in both ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard General Insurance records.
- Second Account holder policy cannot be linked to User ID.
- For any policy related queries, contact ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company at 1800 2666 or mail to customersupport@icicilombard.com.
- Linking request will not be processed for Motor policy if Engine/Chasis/Vehicle Registration Number provided by you does not match with ICICI Lombard records.
- Currently, you can link only Motor, Health and Home policies.
- If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
- ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility, and will also not be liable, for your claims if the details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete.
