Incorrect Amount Billed

  1. As per Visa / Mastercard regulations, we would require 60 days to resolve the dispute raised by you on your credit card transaction.
  2. Place this request if the transaction incurred has been billed for an amount more than what was authorized.
  3. As per Visa / Mastercard regulations, dispute on any credit card transaction can be raised only up to 90 days from the date of transaction.
  4. Fax the document concerned to us at Mumbai number 022-66466683.
  5. We would be unable to process your dispute if we do not receive the Dispute Letter and other relevant documents.
  6. We will process your request if the details mentioned in the letter match the details mentioned in your online request.
  7. If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
