Dispute Status

  1. We will revert to you with the status of your request within 8 working days.
  2. Please place this request only in case a dispute has been raised by you earlier.
  3. We will require the previous request number for processing this request.
  4. Please note, dispute on any transaction can be raised only up to 90 days from the transaction date as per Visa/Mastercard regulations.
  5. Please place this request only on completion of 60 days from the date of the dispute raised earlier.
  6. If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
