“Account Balance Build-up” Customer Promo Terms and Conditions

- “Customer(s)” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean person having existing ICICI Bank Saving account, including salary saving accounts, opened on or before 31 March, 2019
- “Program period” shall mean the period from June 01 to June 07, 2019 for bringing incremental funds. Both days are inclusive in the period. Customer has to maintain the above incremental balance on the June 07, 2019 and June 30, 2019
- “Offer” shall mean products/services/benefits offered by alliance partners to eligible customers
- “Alliance Partners” shall mean Myntra & Croma who have extended the Offers to be given to ICICI Bank customers.
- “Eligible Customers” shall mean customers who meet all the criteria mentioned in the “Eligibility criteria to avail the offer” section below
II. Eligibility criteria to avail the offer:
Customers meeting below criteria will be eligible for the offers:
- Criteria 1: Bring in incremental fund (meaning the difference between the account balance on the last day of the Offer, i.e. June 07, 2019 and the day preceding the first day of the Offer, i.e. May 31st, 2019) of INR 1 lakh or more between June 01st to June 07th, 2019 (both days inclusive). Incremental fund to remain in account on day end of June 07.
- Criteria 2: Month end balance should be higher than May 31st balance by atleast Rs.1 lac.
Customers who meet both the above criteria will be eligible for the below offers:

- Validity of discount vouchers is for 90 days from date of activation
- One voucher/card redemption per invoice

- This voucher is valid only on a single purchase and no 2 offers can be clubbed
- This voucher can only be redeemed at Croma store
- Offer will be valid across all categories available at Croma

- The offer is non-binding, non-cashable and non-negotiable
- The offer can be availed only once during the offer period
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Croma offer on Credit card

- Maximum discounts, ie, product discount and coupon discount, are subjected to product level cap enforced by seller
- The code can be used once per Customer
- This offer is not valid at any of the alliance partner retail outlets/stores
- Multiple coupons cannot be clubbed in a single order
- The balance amount, after the discount is availed, will have to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase
- In no case, whatsoever, can the discount amount be refunded, encashed or partly encashed

IV. GENERAL TERMS PRESCRIBED BY ICICI BANK

- Eligible Customer(s) will be identified and the voucher codes will be sent to them on their registered Email ID / Mobile Number centrally on or before August 15, 2019.
- ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Customer(s) with Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Customer(s) under the Program/Offer offered by Alliance Partners.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Customer(s) from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
- The cash back/ discount /assured gift / prize is sponsored by Alliance Partners and the Customer(s) shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partners in this regard.
- ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
