Bank Account - Transfer Your Account Online


  1. I understand that the Account transfer request will be processed in 2 working days. I understand that my request will not be processed, if any transactions are done in the account within 2 days of placing the request.
  2. I understand that my request for transfer of account is applicable only to my Savings account and Flexi Fixed Deposits (if any) linked to it.
  3. I understand that the existing debit card/ATM card will be valid even after the account is transferred.
  4. I understand that i will have to submit Form 15 H/15 G for TDS exemption for applicable Fixed Deposits (if any).
  5. I understand that all cheques payable at par issued to me in my Savings Bank Account can be used after the transfer of account.
  6. I undertake not to use or issue any cheques on my account which are NOT payable at par. I undertake to destroy or surrender to the Bank any unused cheque leaves lying with me, if any, which are NOT payable at par.
  7. I understand, I have to place a separate request for transfer of my standalone Demat Account linked to the above Savings account.
  8. I understand that if my account is in debit balance, I need to regularize the account before the request is processed.
  9. I understand that if there is a lien or freeze on my account/s, such account/s will not be transferred.
  10. I understand that if my account is in Dormant / Inactive state, I need to activate the account by visiting a branch before the request is processed.
  11. I understand, my account number/s will remain unchanged after transfer to the branch requested for.
  12. I confirm having read and understood the Terms and Conditions applicable for Transfer of Account.
  13. If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
