Bank Account - Request for change of Communication Address


  1. Your request will be processed in 1 working day.
  2. Only an Indian address will be accepted and updated for your Bank Account.
  3. The address given by you in the form will be updated for all the accounts that are linked to the same customer ID.
  4. If your account opening date is less than 6 months old, please place this request at the branch where you hold the account, with an address proof.
  5. This request will not be processed if your account is inactive/dormant or has zero or negative balance.
  6. If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
