Bank Account - Request for change of Communication Address
- Your request will be processed in 1 working day.
- Only an Indian address will be accepted and updated for your Bank Account.
- The address given by you in the form will be updated for all the accounts that are linked to the same customer ID.
- If your account opening date is less than 6 months old, please place this request at the branch where you hold the account, with an address proof.
- This request will not be processed if your account is inactive/dormant or has zero or negative balance.
- If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
- ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility, and will also not be liable, for your claims, if the details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete.
