Dear Customer,

We are in receipt of a written communication from our customer claiming that he/she has erroneously credited funds into your account by electronic transfer.

As you are not the intended beneficiary of the above funds, we have presently marked a lien in your Account to the extent of the Erroneous Credit Amount. To restore the funds to the Claimant Customer, we would need a consent from you to debit your account. You can provide the debit consent either by sending an e-mail at from your registered e-mail or by visiting the nearest branch and submitting a letter.

If these funds belong to you, please visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch and submit a letter in support of your claim on the Erroneous Credit Amount, within 6 days from the date of this SMS, else the transaction would be reversed.
