If your Card is lost or stolen, you can block it temporarily using iMobile Pay or call our Customer Care.

Log in to iMobile Pay app  >  Click on ‘Debit Card’  >  ‘Card Block’ OR Log in to Internet Banking  >  'Cards and Loans’  >  ‘Debit/ATM Card’  >  ‘Block Card’.

Yes, payments with ‘Tap and Pay’ are only carried out within 2 cm of a terminal and merchants are trained to complete transactions quickly and securely.

No, only the first card that comes within a transaction distance is considered.

You can pay up to Rs 5,000 using Tap and Pay.
