Save Big on Xiaomi Products

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: ICICI debit and credit card holders are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase the Eligible Product from the Flipkart Authorized Channel during the Offer Period and meet the conditions set out under these terms are referred to as “Customers”.

Offer will not be applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card (BIN 431581).

OFFERS: Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing the concerned Eligible Product through the Flipkart Authorized Channel (as defined below) using their ICICI credit cards or through an ICICI credit card EMI Scheme.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All products listed under Clause 2 purchased during the Offer Period from the Flipkart Authorized Channel. Each product listed at Clause 2 is referred to individually as an “EligibleProduct” and collectively as the “Eligible Products”.

OFFER PERIOD: 19 April, 2024 00:00 hours to 30 June, 2024 23:59:59 hours.

MINIMUM TRANSACTION AMOUNT: To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her ICICI credit card or credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount identified and set out in Clause 2 above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.

2. The Offer can be availed only once per ICICI card during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased.

3. Any person participating in the Offer:

   • must be an Indian citizen and resident;

   • must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;

   • must hold a valid and unexpired card issued by ICICI;

   • must purchase an Eligible Product;

   • must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.

4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions, Debit card or net banking transactions.

5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.

8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.

9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) ICICI card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.

10. ICICI holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by Xiaomi. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Xiaomi directly without any reference to ICICI.

11. ICICI does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by Xiaomi.

12. ICICI shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the Program/Offer offered by Xiaomi.

13. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Xiaomi without any reference to ICICI.

14. ICICI reserves the right to disqualify Xiaomi or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

15. The cash back/ discount /assured gift / prize is sponsored by Xiaomi and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Xiaomi in this regard.

16. ICICI shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.

17. The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs/offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

18. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

19. ICICI /Xiaomi reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

20. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only until 7^th July, 2024 for the Offers. Post such dates, ICICI and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any person.

21. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.

22. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offers.

23. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offers are availed.

24. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offers. Any such participation is voluntary.

25. The Offers shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

26. Any disputes arising out of the Offers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
