Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• “Offer” shall mean the campaign for "Flipkart Vouchers - Lenovo Phab 2 Offer " which shall be applicable for funpayment gateway transactions using the ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this offer shall mean a person who are ICICI Bank Net Banking Users.
• “Offer Period” shall mean Offer will be valid from June 27, 2017 to August 06, 2017.
• “Winners” shall mean to the top transactors per day oon ICICI Bank Internet Banking to whom a smartphone shall be given during the Offer Period
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)” shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to the Internet Banking users.
• “Net Banking User(s)” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings bank account  and is using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. 
• “Channel”  shall mean using ICICI Bank Netbanking Services.

II. Offers

• Buy a Flipkart Gift Voucher and win a Lenovo Phab 2 every week.
• This offer season shopping online has become more rewarding with ICICI Bank offering great discounts on Flipkart gift vouchers. Just buy Flipkart Gift Voucher from ICICI Bank channels such as Internet Banking (Pre-Login), Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet (Pockets) and stand a chance to win a Lenovo Phab 2 every week. This offer is valid till August 06, 2017.

III. Steps to avail the offer

• Click on "Gift Vouchers" option on ICICI Bank channels
• Select Flipkart Gift Vouchers.
• Make payment using ICICI Bank Internet Banking (Pre-Login), Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet (Pockets).
• Lenovo Phab 2 will be given every week to a customer who purchases the highest cumulative value of Flipkart voucher in a single week from any of the channels. Week starting from Monday and ending on Sunday.
• This offer is applicable only on the purchase of Flipkart Electronic Gift Vouchers and cannot be clubbed with purchase of any other Physical or Electronic Gift Voucher.
• This offer is valid only for ICICI Bank customers buying Flipkart gift vouchers using ICICI Bank Internet Banking (Pre-Login Section), Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet (Pockets).

IV. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Lenovo Phab 2 will be dispatched by Flipkart on the “Billing Address” given at the time of ordering Flipkart Gift Vouchers.
• In case of two or more customers buying equal amount of Flipkart vouchers in a week, customer who has reached the maximum amount first will be considered as winner and will be given a Lenovo Phab 2. In this scenario, the transaction time stamp and registered in Euronet System will be considered as final.
• ICICI Bank customers will be eligible for getting the Lenovo Phab 2 under this promotional activity only once during the promo period, subject to him/ her meeting the eligibility criteria.
• Lenovo Phab 2 will be dispatched on PIN Codes which are serviceable currently by Flipkart only. In Case of a non-Serviceable Pin Code, customer will have to provide an alternate address for dispatching the phone.
• Delivery of Lenovo Phab 2 will be done to the winners within one month from the date of the successful eligible transaction.
• Winners will be announced within 25 days of the end of the promo period. 

V. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• One customer can be eligible only once a Winner under the Offer.
• Offer not available for customers who have won anything before through any contest/promotion done by ICICI Bank
• This Offer is applicable only for Value Banking, Privilege Banking and Wealt Management customers
• ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in “Steps to avail the offer”.
• Transactions using any other channel but ICICI Bank Internet Banking and Pockets will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to ICICI Bank’s 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE
• Suggestions/Grievances if any have to be registered with ICICI Bank Customer care maximum within 60 days of offer completion.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the Smartphone and the services provided by the delivery partner and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Smartphone or other services provided by the delivery partner, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the Lenovo Phab 2 availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
