• "Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.

• "Card" shall mean a Credit Card or a Debit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.

Offer details:

• Eligibility criteria: Cardholders should spend a minimum of 1000 (USD) on POS transactions in any country outside of India during the offer period (ATM withdrawal and online transactions excluded from the offer eligibility criteria)

• The initial 1000 Debit Cardholders, 1000 Credit Cardholders and 1000 Amazon Credit Cardholders, satisfying the above criteria will be eligible for a cashback of Rs 1000

• The Bank will directly credit the cashback to the Cardholder’s account.

Additional offer:

• One single bounty of Rs 10 lakh will be given to the highest transactor, combined against all three payment instruments (i.e. CC, DC and ACBCC)

• The cardholder should have made transactions across at least 3 merchants with a minimum transaction of $ 5 each

• The Bank will directly credit the cashback to the Cardholder’s account.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

• ICICI Bank and Alliance Partners reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer, or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or any prior intimation.

• The Offer may not be available to some Card Holders due to their location, or for any other reason whatsoever.

• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

• The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable, non-binding, and non-cashable, and cannot be clubbed, or substituted or exchanged with any other offer that may be made available to the Card Holders by ICICI Bank or the Alliance Partner, unless specified.

• In case of conflict between the terms conditions of the ICICI Bank and the Alliance Partners, the terms and conditions of ICICI Bank shall prevail.

• In case any inconsistency between the Primary Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of the Offer, the Primary Terms shall prevail.

• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority in India. And any dispute relating to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

Offer details:

• Promotion is only valid during Aug 01, 2022 to August 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive) or such other date that may be communicated to the Promotion Cardholder.

• The Promotion is only available on transactions made on all point-of-sale transactions outside India (excluding cash transactions at point-of-sale terminals).

• All payments must be settled using a Promotion Card.

• The1st 1000 Promotion Cardholders who have successfully spent cumulatively US$ 1000 or equivalent in foreign currency is entitled to a one-time maximum cashback of INR 1000 (Indian rupees one thousand only).

• In addition, each Qualifying Promotion Cardholder may qualify to be entitled to Bumper Cashback of a maximum amount of INR 1,000,000 (such Bumper Cashback will be awarded to the highest transactor based on the number of Eligible Transactions successfully completed by each Qualifying Promotion Cardholder).

• For the Bumper Cashback each transaction size should be a of a minimum of US$ 5 or equivalent in foreign currency at a minimum of five (5) distinct merchants.

• The relevant cashback amount shall be credited into the account of the Qualifying Promotion Cardholder within 30 (thirty) days of the end of the Promotion Period.

• In case of any dispute, the decision of the Business Partner shall be final.

• The Business Partner’s standard terms and conditions apply.

• Promotion Mechanics above are communicated to the Promotion Cardholders by the Business Partner. Visa does not make any express or implied warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information related to the Promotion. Promotion Cardholders are requested to confirm the availability and validity of the Promotion directly with the Business Partner. Visa is not directly or indirectly involved in the selection or determination of the Promotion Cardholders that would be the beneficiaries of this Promotion.

• Business Partner is the sole provider of all services under this Promotion. Accordingly, the Promotion Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any services under this Promotion shall constitute a contract solely between Business Partner and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will Visa become a party to such contract.

• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the services under this Promotion, the Promotion Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any services under this Promotion (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Promotion Cardholder directly with the Business Partner, and Promotion Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa. However, Visa shall provide the required assistance to the Business Partner as and when needed, to defend against the Claim.

  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connecting with the usage or attempted usage of the Promotion or the services provided under the Promotion.
