US Pizza Dine-in and Takeaway Offer for Visa Premium Cardholders

Eligible Card under the Offer means any valid and unexpired Visa card issued in India of the following types:

• Visa Infinite Card
• Visa Signature Card
• Visa Platinum Card Eligible Cardholder under the Offer means a holder of an Eligible Card.
• Validity Period under the Offer is up to 31 December 2014 excluding the Blackout Period.
• Blackout Period under the Offer is: All Sundays. Participating Outlet under the Offer means any US Pizza outlet in India except the following four outlets: Navsari (Gujarat), Sahara (Lucknow), BKC (Mumbai) and DRDO (Bangalore).  

The Offer

• Eligible Cardholders will enjoy the following benefits when they use their Eligible Cards issued in India (as specified above) to pay for the bill at any of the Participating Outlets during the Validity Period, as per the below Terms and Conditions:
• Buy a LARGE pizza – Get a MEDIUM pizza and a portion of Garlic Bread free; and/or Buy a MEDIUM pizza – Get a REGULAR pizza and a portion of Garlic Bread free 

Terms and Conditions

• Offer is valid till 31 December 2014
• Offer valid only on Dine-in and Takeaway. Offer NOT VALID on home delivery orders.
• Customer needs to express his/her intent to avail of the Offer before the bill is generated.
• The price of the Free Pizza must be less than or equal to the price of the Pizza being Bought.
• Offer is valid across all US Pizza outlets in India  EXCEPT the following  four outlets: Navsari (Gujarat), Sahara (Lucknow), BKC (Mumbai) and DRDO (Bangalore)
  Offer is NOT valid on Margherita Pizza & Cheese Pizza.
  Offer is NOT valid on American unlimited meal.
• Offer is NOT valid on Sundays.
• Customer will pay all applicable taxes.
• Offer shall be made available only if the customer presents & makes full payment by using a valid & eligible Visa card.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion/discount applicable at the Participating Outlet.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise or products or discounts, or coupons or special offers.
• Visa Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer.
• Any participation shall be voluntary and all participants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Offer is purely on a best effort basis.
• Customers can also make transactions at the participating establishments without availing of the Offer.
• This Offer is brought to the Visa Premium cardholders solely by the Participating Outlets. Rules, Terms & Conditions of the Participating Outlets, if any, will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• Any claims, complaints or issues regarding service, quality of food or servings etc. need to be made to the respective Participating Outlet. Visa or the issuing bank will not be responsible for the same.
• Visa reserves the right to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether at any time without any prior notice.
• Disputes related to the Offer, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
