I. Definitions:

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, A division of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (www.trendin.com), who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)“ shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean ICICI Bank Net Banking User who is using ICICI bank services and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from May 23, 2015 till June 30, 2015 both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the "Alliance Partner": www.trendin.com 
• "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the "Website" of the "Alliance Partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Net Banking Services.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities of purchasing products/gadgets online offered by the Alliance Partner.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer:

• All Customers transacting on Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (“IRCTC”) at irctc.co.in through ICICI Net Banking Services shall be entitled for a voucher which can be used to avail a discount of Rs. 400 discount on a minimum purchase of worth Rs. 1399 on Product(s)/Service(s) displayed on  Website (“Voucher”).  
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer is on a voluntary basis.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transaction
• The Voucher shall be sent to the e-mail id registered with ICICI Bank or secured ICICI Bank Net Banking mailbox of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s).

Redemption process:

• Visit the Website.
• Select Products to buy.
• Use the code on the Voucher during Step 1 of your checkout at Trendin.com shared by ICICI Bank
• Payment should be made through ICICI Bank Net Banking Service only (COD will not eligible).

III. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by Alliance Partner:

• This Offer is available only for selected ICICI Net Banking Users only.
• The Offer is valid on shopping online on the Website.
• The marketing programs (“Programs”) from Trendin.com and ICICI bank are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Net Banking account.
• Customer needs to enter code on the Voucher make online payment through using their ICICI Bank Net Banking Services while shopping on the Website, to be eligible for the discount under the Offer.
• In case, the Customer fails to enter the code on the Voucher and pay through ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit under the Offer.
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit under the Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on the Website.
• All government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• Prior to using the Website, the Customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the Website (URL: http://www.trendin.com/content/terms-and-conditions-of-use-3) and proceed to make purchases only if the Customer agrees to abide by the same.
• The Customer shall be required to give personal information and account details online for the Products/Services purchased on the Website.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User is advised to read and understand the Privacy policy on the Website, prior to providing such information.
• ICICI Bank and Alliance Partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank:

• This Offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the usefulness, worthiness, character, quality, delivery or otherwise of the Offer, the Products/Services and/or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the same must be resolved by the Customers with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or ICICI Net Banking User/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the ICICI Bank Net Banking Services.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Products/Services and/or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offer cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at help@trendin.com or call on1800-102-8448 / 080-493-77-444 without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

• ICICI Bank / Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. CICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer.
• If the Customer ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
