Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• “Customer” shall mean Value Banking, Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking customers of ICICI Bank
• "Offer" shall mean, that the existing or new ICICI Bank customer who will use IRCTC service on icicibank.com or the iMobile app and pay using ICICI Bank Internet banking during the Offer Period shall get 100% cashback on ICICI Bank Service Charges for the transaction
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from May 01, 2017 to August 31, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the ticket booking service offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean the following website icicibank.com/irctc.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has not been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful on the website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer Details

• Any ICICI Bank savings account Customers who transact on icicibank.com/irctc website or the iMobile app using ICICI Net Banking during the Offer Period shall be eligible for the Offer.
• Such customer would receive a cashback of 100% of ICICI Bank Service charge per transaction in his ICICI saving account.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- en-cashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• Steps to avail the offer
• Log on to icicibank.com/irctc website or the iMobile app and book your tickets using ICICI Net Banking.

III. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• Cashback would be credited within 21 days from the date of transaction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be communicated to ICICI customer care before August 31, 2017.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the - Offer Partner/s or ICICI Bank ICICI Bank Internet Banking user from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the ICICI Bank services.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes by Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever after the offer period.
• If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.
