I)DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance partner” shall mean MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card; which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period from Aug 02, 2019 to Aug 05, 2019; both days inclusive.
• "Platform" shall mean the MakeMyTrip website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only of the "Alliance partner"
• Void Transactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

What do you get?

• The customer will receive discounts as per the details mentioned in the table above
• For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased eg: meals, insurance)
• For Hotels, discount to be calculated on hotel basic price (pre-tax price)

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer on Flights, Hotels and Experiences customer must enter E-Coupon FREEDOMICICI in the E-Coupon field
• No dealcode is required in order to avail cashback for Holidays offer
• This offer is valid on payment made through ICICI bank Credit Cards only
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per category throughout the offer period
• A customer can make max 5 bookings in last 30 days using any eligible offer code on Hotel booking
• A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings
• Offer is valid on selected hotels

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments
• Offer is also valid on ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI bookings. However for Flights & Holidays, the offer is not applicable on No Cost EMI
• Domestic Flights Offer is not applicable on payments made via the Book Now Pay Later mode
• Offer is not valid on "Multi-City Domestic Flights" made through the "Multi-City" tab on MakeMyTrip website

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Holidays Specific TnCs

• Consumers can avail instant discount upto 30%. Additional 10% Cahsback upto INR 10,000 is applicable on ICICI Bank Credit Cards
• For Holiday bookings: Call MMT on 1800 102 8900 | Visit a retail branch office | Get in touch with your Holiday Expert | Book Online on MakeMyTrip Mobile App or log on to MMT website (www.makemytrip.com)
• To be eligible for the cashback, booking needs to be made between 2^nd – 5^th August’2019 and 100% payment latest by Sept 15th, 2019 or as per package payment policy, whichever is earlier
• Cashback to all eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card users will be credited by October 15th , 2019
• The cashback to card offer is applicable once per ICICI Bank Card
• To complete the booking, a customer to use same ICICI Bank Card to make 100% payment. Cashback will be credited to the card through which 100% payment is received, only for cases where minimum booking amount criteria has been fulfilled
• A customer can get cashback only once per ICICI Bank Card during the offer period
• Cash back would be applicable only on components booked during sale period. Any activity/ upgrade options booked post sale period would not be eligible for cash back
• In the event where multiple bookings have been made using the same ICICI Bank Card during the offer period and multiple bookings meet the minimum booking amount criteria, the booking with highest transaction amount will be considered for processing cashback.

How do you get it?

• No deal code is required for availing this offer
• In order to make a booking under this offer, the customer must call on 1800 102 8900 or visit a retail branch offices or visit MakeMyTrip Mobile App, Mobile site or www.makemytrip.com

What else do you need to know?

• This offer is not valid for payments made by swiping card on EDC machines
• This offer is not valid on ICICI Bank Corporate Cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate card

Conditions in case of cancellation

Experiences Specific TnCs

• The offer is valid for bookings made on Android & iOS App in Experiences section only
• Coupon Code will not be applicable on Gift Cards and Events
• Customers need to use the coupon code on MMT app or mobile website on Activities or on Meals and Deals section
• Customers will not be able to use Promotional wallet amount and amount in their My Wallet when booking through this coupon.
• Experiences purchased will be for fixed date and venue and there will be no refund.

Terms of the Offer:

• If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount
• This offer is NOT applicable on ICICI Bank corporate cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback amount for Holidays, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• Cashback offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by ICICI banks. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip & ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether

Terms and conditions prescribed ICICI bank Credit & Debit Card Holders

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the alliance if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the alliance or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Offer is sponsored by the alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
