Terms & Conditions for Travelguru Offer:

1. "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank Mastercard Business Credit or Debit card.
2. "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card
3. Under this offer, cardholder will get a 20% discount on hotel bookings on spends of Rs 2,000 and above on using the promo code TGMCFLAT20. The maximum discount is capped at Rs. 3,000 per transaction. The minimum spend amount is calculated on the basis of only room booking amount and does not include taxes.
4. The Offer is valid till 30-June-2017.
5. Offer is not available on select hotels.
6. Offer is valid only for online bookings via the website www.travelguru.com. The offer cannot be availed on bookings made via call center.
7. No two offers can be clubbed together and no additional discount/offer will be applicable.
8. The Offer is available only on making full payment by a valid and unexpired Card issued in India.
9. The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
10. Cardholder is required to pay any applicable service charges and taxes
11. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any participation shall be voluntary and all participants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Offer is purely on a best effort basis and MasterCard does not assume any liability whatsoever regarding the Offer, the delivery of services or any incidental matter.
12. Any cardholder who utilizes, participates in, or attempts to utilize or participate in the MasterCard Card Offers program, irrevocably agrees to the following: ICICI Bank or MasterCard will not be liable under contract, tort or any other theory of law for any claim regarding loss or damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of the Offer; and accordingly, the cardholder will not make any claim against ICICI Bank or MasterCard regarding the same.
13. Any claims, complaints or issues regarding service, quality or products etc. need to be made to Travelguru directly and ICICI Bank or MasterCard will not be responsible for the same.
