DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Musafir.com Pvt. Ltd hereby (Musafir.com) who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for the purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)” shall mean Internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Card" refers to any Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) or Debit/prepaid/Gift Card (Electron/Maestro/Amex) issued to the Cardholder by any issuing bank in India or abroad.
• "Cardholder/s" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 01, 2014 to January 31, 2014 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner http://www.musafir.com
• The Offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Netbanking services/ Cards
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been unsuccessful /canceled /rejected by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

The Offers:

The Alliance Partner shall offer discounts/benefits/offer/gift vouchers of a particular sum or percentage on purchase of its products/services to the Customer/s during the Offer Period. The discount shall be available on the MRP (inclusive of all taxes) and shall be calculated on the total value of the transaction. The discount shall be available on the following products/services of the Alliance Partner :

• FLIGHTS : Flat Rs. 300 off on one way domestic flight ticket booking and Flat Rs.600 off on return domestic flight ticket booking
• HOTELS : Upto 50% off on Hotels, maximum of Rs.2000

Promo code: MUSICICI for Netbanking users or ICICI<1st 6 digits of the card> for Debit, Credit and Prepaid cardholders

Redemption process:

• Customer logs on to www.musafir.com
• Select the desired domestic flight or hotel
• Enters the promo code
• Make payment using ICICI Bank Net-banking, Credit card, Debit card or Prepaid/Gift card

Customer escalation process:

• For further details with reference to the offer made by Musafir.com kindly Call 1800-3000-1010 between 10AM and 8PM working day ( Mon-Sat)
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at help@in.musafir.com without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Musafir.com, only up to a period of 7 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by Alliance Partner

• This offer is brought to you solely by Musafir. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of Musafir
• This discount offer is available only for ICICI Bank customers, subject to entry of Promotion Code by ICICI Bank customer.
• The offer is valid on Online Domestic Flight Bookings (One way and Return Tickets only Pan India) and Hotel booking
• The marketing programs (“Programs”) from www.musafir.com and ICICI Bank are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit card, Debit card, Prepaid/Gift card or Net banking account.
• The Validity of the Program (Term) is from December 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014 both days inclusive.
• Customer needs to enter Promotion Code & pay online through their ICICI Bank Netbanking/ Card option while booking domestic one way or return flight or hotel booking on www.musafir.com, to be eligible for the offer (Discount).
• In case, the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code and pay through ICICI Bank Card/s or Netbanking services, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.
• If the Customer cancels the ticket booking, Musafir.com Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty
• e.g: If your selected domestic return air ticket original fare is Rs 6000/- then Musafir will deduct Rs. 600/- and the customer will be paid the balance Rs 5400/- as a return air ticket fare out of the total ticket price) and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty.
• The flight tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the availability.
• ICICI Bank customer can avail benefit of the above offer twice during the tenure of the offer period.
• ICICI Bank customer/s cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.musafir.com.
• Date change is allowed, customers has to inform Musafir minimum one working day prior and between between 10AM and 8PM working day ( Mon-Sat) to departure and have to bear the additional charges if required, else they can contact the respective Airline offices directly
• Name changes are not allowed, however customer has to call up the respective airline directly. Privacy policy for the Musafir website, prior to providing such information.
• ICICI Bank Net Banking user/Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their own ICICI Bank card/Netbanking services
• Musafir.com Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to the notice of Musafir.com Pvt Ltd.
• ICICI Bank and Musafir.com Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Musafir.com Pvt. Ltd and /or ICICI Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the airlines or any other service provider and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Customers under the Program.
• This offer is valid for Indian residents.
• Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or kind and can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or packages or discounts running on Musafir.com so long as the other offer or promotion is not meant for targeted customers of another bank/ entity, unless otherwise indicated.
• The prices of the products and / or services are exclusive of taxes and the tax liability, duties, levies by whatever name called in connection with the offer shall be borne by the Customer.
• In case of any disputes, Cardholders/Netbanking users are required to present the relevant online payment receipts and booking confirmation evidence for further investigation by the ICICI Bank. In all such cases, the decision of ICICI Bank & Musafir.com shall be treated as final.
• ICICI Bank & Musafir.com reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Musafir.com shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount coupons to the customer.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products.
• Products offered under this program are subject to availability & ICICI Bank nor Musafir.com shall be liable for non-availability.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by www.Musafir.com.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Net-banking user/s/Cardholder/s as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• Prior to using the Musafir.com website, the Customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the Account holder agrees to abide by the same.

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/ Card Holder/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/Card Holder/s . Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/Card Holder/s
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s/Netbanking user/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s/Netbanking user/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card/services.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at help@in.musafir.com or 1800-3000-1010 without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Musafir.com only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank / Alliance partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholders ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ Cardholders at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholders
