• Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the hotels, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs.500/ per booking for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same.
• We require the following documents in order to release your vouchers for international hotel bookings

       A.  Copy of the first 2 and last 2 pages of the traveler's valid passport
       B.  BTQ form duly filled in and signed by the traveler
        Copy of Proof of Address (any one of the below)

4. Letter from any recognized Public Authority
