• Under the offer, cardholder will get 15% off on Hotel stays and F&B (All properties except Keys Lite Hotels) as well as complimentary F&B for children under 12 years using promo code KEYSMASTER
• The Offer is available only on making full payment by a valid and unexpired MasterCard card issued in India.
• To avail this offer, cardholder should login to his/ her account or create an account, if he/ she is not registered.
• The Offer is available on bookings made through website www.keyshotels.com or via calling the Keys Central Reservations (1800 209 2299). Promo code must be entered or called out at time of booking to avail of the offer.
• This Offer is not valid at any Keys Lite properties.
• To avail the offer, full payment must be made using a valid and unexpired MasterCard card at the time of bill settlement.
• This Offers is valid only on the rates displayed at time of booking on the website
• Offer cannot be clubbed together with any other promo code based offer and no additional discount/offer will be applicable.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer or services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Keys Hotel at reservations@keyshotels.com or call Toll free number on 1800 209 2299. MasterCard or the issuing bank will not be liable for the same.
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• MasterCard reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.

II.  GENERAL TERMS

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.”
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit & Debit Card User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit & Debit Card User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit & Debit Card User/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only as mentioned in the terms & conditions.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Mastercard Credit/Debit Card User ceases to be ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit/Debit Card User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Master Card Credit/Debit Card User.
