What do you get?

• A user is eligible for the cashback as listed in the table above
• To be eligible for the cashback, booking needs to be made on or between Sep 4^th 2018 to Sep 6^th and 100% payment latest by 30^th September 2018
• Cashback for all eligible users will be credited by 25^th October, 2018
• Cash back will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions. For example, if a Cardholder pays in 2 installments/transactions for 1 Booking, cashback will be processed only once and on the amount paid using ICICI Credit or Debit Cards
• Cashback will be credited to the same card through which the 1st payment is received
• Cash back would be applicable only on components booked during sale period. Any activity/ upgrade options booked post sale period would not be eligible for cash back

How do you get it?

• No deal code is required for availing this offer
• This Offer is not valid on payments made by swiping card on EDC machines
• This offer is also applicable on EMI payments using ICICI Credit Cards
• In order to be eligible for the cashback offer, your package booking must include at least 2 adults passengers with at least 1 hotel/airport transfer & 1 sightseeing activity
• In order to make a booking under this offer, the customer must call on 1800 102 8900 or visit a retail branch offices or log on to MakeMyTrip Mobile App, Mobile site or www.makemytrip.com.

What else do you need to know?

• The cashback to card offer is applicable for one booking per card account i.e. a maximum of 1 holiday booking under this offer
• This offer is applicable on select International & Domestic holiday packages only
• For packages booked online, the offer is not valid for payments made through 3rd party wallets, cash on delivery, Pay Pal and net banking payments
• In the event of same ICICI Credit or Debit Cards being used to make a subsequent booking, it will not be eligible for the cashback offer on that booking
• For packages booked offline, the cashback is not applicable for bookings made through redemption of MMT Holiday Vouchers and MMT Gift cards.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the cashback
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund amount in addition to the applicable cancellation charges.

Other Terms & Condtions

• This offer is not valid on Corporate Cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate card
• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months by raising the same at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount (Repeating in other terms and conditions, delete any one)

• Products and services are subject to availability
• In no event shall the customer be entitled to cashback on partial or full cancellations
• In no event shall MMT entertain customer name change requests
• In the event of rescheduling, the customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees
• This offer is valid for franchise partners
• MakeMyTrip will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer
• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months by raising the same at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/ cashback under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount
