Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited", which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card issued by ICICI Bank 
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card. 
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Cards or Pockets Prepaid Cards on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI Bank. 
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of any products through www.makemytrip.com, MakeMyTrip Mobile Android & iOS App only using ICICI Bank Card during the Offer Period.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from October 31, 2017 to November 03, 2017 .
• Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Card.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance partner
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer Details

What do you get?

• A user is eligible for the cashback as listed in the table above
• Cashback to all eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card users will be credited by 15^th December 2017
• To be eligible for the cashback, booking needs to be made between October, 31 and November, 03 2017 and 100% payment latest by 20^th November
• A user may choose to pay using multiple ICICI Bank Credit Cards and the cashback will be calculated on the total amount paid using ICICI Bank Credit Cards
• Cash back will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions. For example, if a Cardholder pays in 2 instalments/transactions for 1 Booking, cashback will be processed only once and on the amount paid using ICICI Bank Credit Cards
• Cashback will be credited to the card through which the 1st payment is received

How do you get it?

• No deal code is required for availing this offer
• This Offer is also valid on EMI transactions paid using ICICI Bank credit card EMI
• In order to be eligible for the cashback offer, your package booking must include at least 2 adult passengers with at least 1 hotel/airport transfer & 1 sightseeing activity
• In order to make a booking under this offer, the customer must call on 1800 102 8900 or visit a retail branch offices or visit MakeMyTrip Mobile App, Mobile site or www.makemytrip.com

What else do you need to know?

• The cashback to card offer is applicable once per ICICI Bank Credit Card i.e. a maximum of 1 domestic or 1 International holiday booking
• This offer is not valid for payments made by swiping card on EDC machines
• This offer is not valid on ICICI Bank Corporate Cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate card
• In the event of ICICI Bank Credit Card being used to make a subsequent booking, it will not be eligible for the cashback offer

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the cashback
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund amount in addition to the applicable cancellation charges

• The offer is only valid on select holiday packages
• Products and services are subject to availability
• In no event shall the customer be entitled to cashback on partial or full cancellations
• In no event shall MMT entertain customer name change requests
• In the event of rescheduling, the customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are not eligible to avail this offer and are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings
• This offer is valid for franchise partners
• MakeMyTrip will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• In no event, the entire liability of MMT for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback amount that the customer is entitled for under the offer
• MMT in no event shall be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. MMT shall not be liable for any claims or grievances’ solely attributable to the Bank
• MMT shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond MMT’s reasonable control
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only
