Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Panoramic Holidays Limited hereinafter called as "Magic Holidays", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from November 15, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean Internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services during the Offer Period on the Website.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from November 15, 2014 to March 31, 2015, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Netbanking services on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI Bank.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner "www.magicholidays.info".
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by Magic Holidays.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer Details

Ipad offer

For all ICICI bank internet banking customers that pay us 50% of the membership value in advance i.e. as a down payment, Magic Holidays will reward the member with a Ipad mini.

Redemption Process

Eligible customers, who have received the offer communication from ICICI bank, to contact Magic Holidays on:022 61874990.

• Once a customer announces he is interested in the ipad mini offer, Magic Holidays will make the fixing an appointment and explain time share scheme details to him.
• Offer is valid on 50% & 100% downpayment towards membership fees. The ipad mini will be delivered after 30days of prospect becoming a member. For this purpose, "member" means a prospect whose DP payment (50% or 100%) gets cleared and is credited in Magic Holidays account.
• Incase a customer wishes to opt for a cash discount in lieu of the ipad mini, magic holidays will deduct Rs. 1000 as handling charges from cost of the iPad (tentative pricing currently is Rs. 16,000) and give the customer the benefit of the balance amount- Rs.15,000 as per this example.
• For higher category of memberships, prospects will be entitled to additional benefits, as in force at that time, in addition to the iPad Mini. In case no additional benefits are available, then customer will receive only i-pad mini.
• The ipad minis will be delivered by Magic Holidays at customer doorstep.
• Incase the iPad mini is discontinued or is not available in the market, then a Fipkart shopping voucher of equivalent amount will be given to the prospect.
• Magic Holidays reserves the right to deny or accepting the offer at all times.
• In no event the liability of Magic Holidays for any claims arising under this offer shall exceed the value of the offer.
• In the event of any dispute, parties agree to refer the same to sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Magic Holidays and Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
• Only appropriate courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction on any matter arising out of this Voucher.
