• This Offer is valid for bookings made between June 01 to June 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for travel between June 16 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
• This Offer is valid only on Domestic Jet Airways marketed & operated flights and Jet Airways marketed Code share flights.
• This Offer is not available on International Jet Airways marketed & operated flights and Codeshare flights marketed by Jet Airways
• The Offer is valid for travel in Economy and Premiere cabin only on booking classes C, J , Z, I, P, Y, M, T, U, N, L, Q, S, K, H, O, V, B, W. Not valid for bookings on G.
• This offer is valid only for ICICI Bank customers and can be redeemed only through http://www.jetairways.com/EN/IN/PlanYourTravel/ICICI.aspx?promo=ICICIJPD15
• The Offer entitles such customers to receive the specified 10% discount on the base fare component on a one-way or return revenue ticket for travel on Jet Airways flights. The member will have to pay the balance value of the fare and other charges such as taxes and other levies as applicable on the ticket at the time of booking and/or travel
• This offer is available across any payment option available on the said website and is not limited to the usage of ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit cards.
• The Offer is valid if the booking and travel is made within the specified dates (both days inclusive) and will not be extended under any circumstances
• The customer can use this offer multiple times during the offer period
• Jet Airways or JetPrivilege will not be responsible in case the email address provided is incorrect or if the mail bounces back due to any reason
• Payment of taxes/fees/applicable levies and ticketing must be done instantly at the time of utilizing the Offer through http://www.jetairways.com/EN/IN/PlanYourTravel/ICICI.aspx?promo=ICICIJPD15
• Black-out periods or restrictions could apply.
• Seats under this offer are subject to availability. Jet Airways or JetPrivilege does not guarantee availability of seats under this Offer
• Once booked and ticketed under a particular guest name, the ticket is non - transferable
• Once booked and ticketed, if the guest is unable to fly on the date of travel, then he/she can cancel the ticket and get the refund of the amount booked or get it re-issued but as per the terms of ticketing for the fare class in which the ticket was booked. The discount will be applicable on the reissued ticket as long as the new travel date is within the offer period. Member will be responsible for any re-issuance and related charges as applicable from time to time.
• If the ticket is cancelled, then the amount of refund will be less of the discounted amount which was waived off. Upon cancellation of the original booking and refund of the ticket, the offer will be deemed utilized and will not be reinstated under any circumstances
• In case the new travel date is after the specified offer period, the discount will not be applicable and the member cannot adjust the discount amount against any other charges.
• Cancellations/Refund/Reissues will be subject to Jet Airways ticketing policies and rules governing cancellation/refund/reissues of fares, fees, taxes, surcharge, levies and will be subject to other applicable additional charges
• The offer is available only through. If the customer cancels the ticket and makes a fresh booking through any other channel against the
  original booking then the benefit of the Offer will not be applicable
• Certain airports in India levy an airport development fee for every domestic travel. Such taxes are charged at the time of booking. Certain airports also levy additional charges at the time of actual travel. In case of cancellation of travel, refund of such taxes will be subject to policies governing refund of such taxes/levies
• This Offer is an independent offer and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from Jet Airways
• This Offer is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states
• This Offer is purely optional to the members traveling on Jet Airways
• All other Jet airways booking / ticketing rules will be applicable for bookings in the above fare classes.
• All members waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the Offer against Jet Airways (India) Limited and Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd.
• The carriage is subject to Jet Airways regulations relating to the conditions of contract respectively and all other terms and conditions regarding Jet Airways policies and procedures
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai
• JetPrivilege and ICICI Bank do not hold any warrant or make any representation of the availability, delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of offer and/or products/services under this offer and that Jet Airways shall be solely liable for the same
• JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. and ICICI Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal injury that may be suffered to the member directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this Offer
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited / Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd will be final and binding on all the members participating in this offer and that the same is non-contestable
• Jet Airways (India) Limited and JetPrivilege Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice of giving any reasons
