I. Terms & Conditions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Goibibo" , who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing the Offers.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI Bank Net Banking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank Credit Card and/or ICICI Bank Debit Card and/or ICICI Bank Prepaid card any other card issued by ICICI Bank
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Card
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from June 25 to June 27, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" of the "Alliance Partner": www.goibibo.com
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance Partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the services offered by the Alliance Partner

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

This offer is applicable to existing and new ICICI BANK Debit/Credit Card Holders (hereinafter referred to as the 'Account holders')

• Maximum one transaction per category per card
• Offer is only valid on Goibibo App
• Offer valid on using ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card or Internet Banking.
• Whilst the Offer is valid per booking for bookings made during the Offer Period, the travel dates are open.
• Offer is valid on adult and child bookings only and not valid for infant (less than 2 years) bookings. Offer is not valid for travel agents and for such transactions the Offer will be revoked as decided by Goibibo and ICICI BANK.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer on www.goibibo.com -The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Goibibo.com and the Account Holders are required to refer, read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by them prior to availing the Offer.
• ICICI BANK and Goibibo.com reserve the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI BANK and Goibibo.com and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
• ICICI BANK and Goibibo.com reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The Offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by ICICI BANK and Goibibo.com -ICICI BANK does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services offered under this Offer. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer, directly to Goibibo.com -ICICI BANK will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer.
• The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Account Holders.
