How to avail the offer:
To qualify for this offer, the customer has to spend a minimum of Rs 1,000 or more during the offer period.
This offer is valid only on ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Cards.
Only Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce transactions will be considered for the spends.
The offer is not valid on ATM cash withdrawals.
The voucher will be posted based on the eligibility within 90 days after the campaign period.
Only the customers who have received the offer communication (via e-mail/SMS/Notification) are eligible to participate in the offer.
Offer period: Entire account opening month plus first 15 days of the following month.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"):
The "Card" will mean a Debit Card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the programme/offer period.
The "Cardholder/s" will mean the customer/s to whom a Debit Card has been issued and who is/are authorised to hold the Debit Card and received the communication of the programme from ICICI Bank through an e-mail/SMS/notification as per the discretion of ICICI Bank.
The offer is applicable only on ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card.
Only the customers who have received the offer communication through an e-mail/SMS/notification will be considered for the offer participation and offer fulfilment.
To qualify for this offer, the customer has to use ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card and make the total spends through the mentioned payment categories as communicated and get a free Swiggy voucher.
Total offer spends: As communicated through an e-mail/SMS/notification as per the discretion of ICICI Bank.
Voucher amount: As communicated through an e-mail/SMS/notification as per the discretion of ICICI Bank.
The "Offer Period" will refer to a period from account opening date till the 15th day of the next calendar month. (For e.g. if an account is opened on <June 1, 2023> then the offer period will be from <June 1, 2023> to <July 15, 2023>).
“Retail Purchase” will mean the purchases made by the Debit Cardholder/s by swiping the ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal during the offer period.
The cash withdrawals from ATMs will not be an eligible transaction for the programme.
"Debit Card Payment" will mean the purchases made by the Debit Cardholder/s by using the ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card at any retail outlet or e-commerce site or online merchant payment gateway by entering the card details during the offer period.
Cash withdrawals from ATMs will not be an eligible transaction for the programme.
"Programme" or "Offer" will mean the payments done using ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card to get a Swiggy voucher as per the communication.
Offer period: From account opening date till the 15th day of the next calendar month.
The "Primary Terms and Conditions" will mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
"Void Transaction" will mean any transaction that has taken place but has been cancelled by the retail or online merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
The offer is available only to selected Debit Cardholder/s who have completed the offer registration within the offer period. Only the customers who have received the offer communication (e-mail/SMS/notification) are eligible to participate.
The voucher will be given only to those who have made the total spends as communicated and met the offer criteria using ICICI Bank Mastercard Debit Card within the offer period.
The winners will be announced within 90 days from the end of the programme period.
As per the offer terms and conditions, the voucher will be sent on the mobile number or e-mail ID linked with the ICICI Bank Debit Card within 90 working days from the end of the offer period.
The Cardholder will be entitled to only one voucher corresponding to the total of Debit Card purchases (e-commerce/POS) made during the offer period.
The offer is applicable to the primary Cardholder/s only and is not valid on void transactions.
The offer is not valid on wallet uploads and ATM cash withdrawals. Insurance, mutual funds and tax payments will not be considered.
In case of a cancelled transaction and post cancellation of transaction, the total retail or online purchases made by the Cardholder during the offer period becoming less than the eligible spends as defined for each customer set, the voucher amount will be debited from the Cardholder’s account if the voucher code is already given.
Acceptance of the voucher by the Cardholder/s constitutes a permission for ICICI Bank and its affiliates to use the Cardholder/s name, photograph and other details (voice and comments) which are furnished to ICICI Bank for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without being liable to pay any additional charges to the Cardholder/s.
No queries will be entertained 90 days after the closure date of the offer.
The participation in the programme is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Debit Cardholder/s will be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
If the Debit Cardholder/s ceases to be the Debit Cardholder/s at any time during the programme, all the benefits under the programme will lapse and will not be available to the Debit cardholder/s.
All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

In all matters relating to the programme, the decision of ICICI Bank will be final and binding in all respects.
These terms will be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the Debit Card of ICICI Bank. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein will have the respective meanings prescribed to these in the primary terms and conditions.
ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services availed by the Debit Cardholder/s under the programme.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant establishment or Debit Cardholder/s from the benefits of the programme if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits of the programme or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal.
The programme is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
