Terms and Condition

DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Urbanclap Technologies India Private Limited (https://www.urbanclap.com/), who has entered into a Letter of Alliance with ICICI Bank for execution of promotional arrangements, whereby certain promotions will be made available to Customer/s (as defined under the Offer Terms)
• “Offer” shall mean such benefits/services/discounts provided by the Alliance partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit card or Debit card during the Offer Period on the Mobile application and website
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from December 18, 2017 and ending on December 25, 2017, both days inclusive.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner: https://www.urbanclap.com/
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

OFFER

• Customer/s shall get flat 10% discount on the Alliance Partner’s mobile application and website on transacting with ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit cards (“Offer”). Also avail free waxing with salon service at home packages till 25^th December

The Offer shall be valid on the following services (services may vary with cities):

• Offer – 10% flat discount on the booking amount.
• Maximum discount - ₹150/ per booking
• Minimum booking amount - ₹199
• Usability: twice per user per month
• The offer will be valid on the UrbanClap app and website.

Redemption Steps:

• The Offer will be displayed on the payments page of the Alliance Partner’s mobile application and website
• The discount will be automatically applied to the total cart value when the valid payment option is selected by the Customer/s and shall be effected when the payment is done by using the ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.

Alliance Partner T&C

• Offer valid on all payments done by ICICI bank Credit or Debit Cards
• Flat discount of 10% on booking amount. Maximum discount – 150/ per booking
• Usability: twice per user per month
• Minimum booking amount - 199
• The entire amount is refunded in case of cancellation of request

Term

• This Offer shall be valid until completion of all obligations as per the terms of this Offer by Alliance Partner unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

General Terms

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly by writing at (https://www.urbanclap.com/) without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 5 days after the date of transaction/purchase. ICICI shall endeavour to provide all possible support to the Alliance Partner, wherever necessary.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products / Services for which such offers are not made available for any reason whatsoever.
• The Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner mutually reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer.

Terms and Conditions:

• In addition to the terms and conditions of such partners offering benefits to Credit/Debit cardholders, other payment channels of ICICI Bank the following terms are applicable to the Offer.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner on: (https://www.urbanclap.com/)
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Cardholder/s under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
