I) DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance partner” shall mean Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd as “Snapdeal.com”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

For existing ICICI Bank savings account customer/s, onboarding can be done through their ICICI Bank internet banking user ID and password whereas for non ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name and address along with pin code, and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
• “Pockets Wallet” It refers to ICICI Bank virtual semi closed prepaid instrument having a monthly transaction limit of Rs.20000/-.
• “Application” Application refers to Pockets mobile application of ICICI Bank which can be downloaded from iOS App Store and Google Play store for Android mobile operating systems to avail products and services offered by ICICI Bank through this mobile application
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Netbanking
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from May 11, 2017 to May 13, 2017, both days
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" of the "Alliance partner" snapdeal.com
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the "website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

 IV) Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Additional 10% Cashback using ICICI Bank Internet Banking & Pockets
• Offer valid on the transactions done on the Snapdeal Mobile Application and the website https://www.snapdeal.com during the offer period.
• The minimum transaction amount to avail the Offer is Rs. 2,000/-
• Maximum cashback applicable per card is Rs.1000/-
• The customer needs to select the bank offer on the payment page in order to receive the Cashback.
• Offer Duration: 11th May – 13th May, 2017, both dates included.
• Cashback is applicable over and above any promo code promotions running on the website.
• Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer
• Cashback would be credited to the customer’s account on 30th June by Snapdeal
• This marketing program ("Program") is from ICICI Bank Ltd ("Bank") under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (Snapdeal.com). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Ltd ("Customers") and to whom a communication is sent by Bank.
• The Validity of the Program ("Term") is from 11th May, 2017 (00:00 hrs) till 13th May, 2017 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank, ICICI Bank and Snapdeal.com by mutual consent in writing.
• Transaction size is the net paid value transacted after application of promo codes and SD cash.
• Offer is applicable on all products purchased from Snapdeal.com unless mentioned.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 30th June, 2017. Post such date, ICICI Bank & Snapdeal.com will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any person.
• Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Snapdeal.com.

• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ Pockets users(s) due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ Pockets users(s). Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ Pockets users(s).
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at without any reference to ICICI The same shall be addressed by Snapdeal, only up to a period of 2 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
