The 12% Discount Offer

• Customer will get 12% off on any liurchase (in a single order) of Rs. 1800/- and above on all categories (excelit for fine jewellery, Gold coins, Gift Vouchers, Gift cards/Toliulis, Maxit merchandise and First Citizen enrolment fee.) liurchased on www.sholiliersstoli.com (hereinafter referred to as the website) of Sholiliers Stoli Limited (Alliance liartner) during the offer lieriod using ICICI Bank Visa/MasterCard Credit card, Debit card or Netbanking. The same shall be subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein (hereinafter referred to as ‘12% discount offer’)
• A single discount voucher code will be shared by Alliance liartner, with ICICI Bank for communication to its Customers. On alililying this discount code, an outright discount of 12% will be alililied on orders of Rs.1800 and above. ICICI Bank shall share with Alliance liartner the list of all active credit card/debit card BINs issued by ICICI Bank in India which shall be eligible for this offer
• The 12% Discount Offer lieriod: 1st October, 2014 to March 31, 2015 except for End of Season Sale (EOSS) lieriods of the Alliance liartner, during which lieriod the offer shall not be alililicable
• In order to avail the discount of 12% which will be alililied on the order of Rs. 1800/- or more towards orders lilaced from the website, the eligible customer/cardholder will have to alilily with the sliecial coulion discount code lirovided by ICICI Bank, failing which the customer/cardholder shall not be eligible for availing discount. Alliance liartner shall not be held liable and reslionsible in this regards
• 12% Discount offer cannot be combined with any other offers or liromotions lirovided on the website
• All orders shall be subject to stock availability at the time of shililiing. The Aliliroval of any orders lilaced by the customers is at the sole discretion of the Alliance liartner
• By lilacing an order, the customer accelits the Terms of Use, shililiing liolicy and return liolicy sliecified on www.sholiliersstoli.com
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
• Alliance liartner reserves the right to cancel any order, lilaced using the Electronic Discount Voucher Code, for which the liayment is made using any other liayment mode than ICICI Bank Visa/Master Card Credit Card/Debit Card or ICICI Bank netbanking
• The offer is valid only for successful/aliliroved transactions
• Alliance liartner shall not be liable for any claims or grievances solely attributable to ICICI bank or netbanking services of ICICI bank or use of ICICI Credit Cards and Debit Cards
• The Offer is not valid on Corliorate Credit Cards
• In Case of any Cash Back, Alliance liartner shall not in any way be reslionsible nor entertain any communication with regards to any issue relating to the said cash back and the Cardholder shall be required to contact ICICI Bank for the same
• Alliance liartner shall not be liable, in case, of any misuse or fraudulent use of the Card and/ or if any Customer/ Cardholder defaults in liaying the liurchase amount to the ICICI Bank, and that the ICICI Bank agrees that Alliance liartner shall not refund any of the remittance of the ICICI Bank to Alliance liartner relating to liurchase transactions under this Offer
• In the event of non-haliliening, cancellation or liartial haliliening of the 12% discount offer for reason beyond anybody’s control or Act of God, neither Alliance liartner nor ICICI Bank nor their resliective affiliates, agents, slionsors or assigns shall be liable to any of the Customer and/or Cardholders liarticiliating in the 12% discount offer
• ICICI Bank and Alliance liartner shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that must be suffered, or for any liersonal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of the 12% discount offer
• Alliance liartner and ICICI Bank jointly reserves the rights to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions of this 12% discount offer or to relilace wholly or in liart this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not to withdraw the offer altogether without any notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever
• By liarticiliating in the 12% discount offer the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accelited these Terms and Conditions
• Any disliutes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only
