Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, A division of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (www.trendin.com), who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Code" shall mean the promo/ discount/voucher code received by the Customer under this Offer as further defined under Clause II (Offer).
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services/Cardholder(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank’s My Money" is a personal finance management tool and is provided to the user as a part of Netbanking services.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on the purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Netbanking /Debit Card/Credit Card.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 01, 2014 till June 30, 2015 both days inclusive. The Code received on subscription to ICICI Bank’s My Money during the Program Period can be redeemed by the Customer during this period to avail the benefits of the Offer.
• Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities of purchasing products/gadgets online offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from January 15, 2015 to April 30, 2015. This Offer shall be available on subscription to ICICI Bank’s My Money only during this period.
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the Website.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the "Alliance Partner" : www.trendin.com.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• In order to avail the Offer, the Customer/s shall have to login to ICICI Bank Net Banking Services and subscribe to My Money from ICICI Bank during the Program Period.
• Post subscription, promocode (“Code”) shall be sent to him/her in his/her secured ICICI Bank mailbox in the logged in section and / or registered email id.
• The Code sent by ICICI Bank can be used by the Customer/s to avail this Offer during the Offer Period.
• The Code can be used by ICICI Bank Net Banking User to avail a flat discount of Rs. 250 on a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000 and above on the Website.
• Redemption process:
  • Visit the Website.
  • Select Products to Buy.
  • Use the Code sent by ICICI Bank during checkout at the Website.
  • Payment should be made through ICICI Bank credit / debit cards or internet banking only (COD will not eligible).
• The Code shall be valid till June 30, 2015.
• The Offer shall be available only during the Program Period; however, the Code generated during the aforesaid period can be redeemed till the end of the Offer Period to avail discounts at the Website.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank customer/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Alliance Partner

• This Offer is available only for selected ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s)/ Cardholders.
• The Offer is valid only on the Website.
• The Offer from the Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Net banking account.
• The Customer needs to enter the Code & pay online through using their ICICI Bank Cards option or ICICI Bank Net Banking Services while shopping on the Website, to be eligible for the Offer.
• In case, the Customer fails to enter the Code and pay through ICICI Bank Cards/ Net banking Services, he/she shall not be eligible for the discount benefit.
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on the Website.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Customer as applicable during the Offer Period.
• Prior to using the Website, the Customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the said Website available at www.trendin.com/content/terms-and-conditions-of-use-3) and proceed to make purchases only if the Customer/s agrees to abide by the same.
• The Customer shall be required to give personal information and account details online for the Products/Services purchased on the Website.
• The Customer/s is advised to read and understand the Privacy policy on the Website, prior to providing such information.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above the Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• ICICI Bank & the Alliance reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms or to replace wholly or in part, the above Offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

IV. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to you solely by the Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner.
• The participation in the Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly and solely by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Products/Services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the Product/Services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Customer with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or the Customer from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing such benefits or otherwise.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Products/Services or the assured gifts / prizes by the Alliance Partner.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer or Products/Services, if any, shall be addressed to the Alliance Partner directly at help@trendin.com or call on1800-102-8448 / 080-493-77-444 without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by the Alliance Partner only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, A division of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, 5B, Regent Gateway, ITPL Main Road, Doddanakundi Village, KIADB Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka 560048.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products / Services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank / Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User /Cardholder at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder.
