Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance partner" shall mean CouponDunia, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing various offers.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account maintained with ICICI Bank for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount vouchers provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products/services using ICICI Bank Netbanking services.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 08, 2015 to April 18, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Alliance Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 08, 2015 to May 18, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" URL’s of the "Alliance partner’s Affiliate Merchants".
• Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner" i.e. www.couponduniya.com
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This offer is available only for the customers subscribing for My Money.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Net Banking User shall be required to subscribe for My Money by paying an annual charge of amount 300 Rs. once the trial period is over. Kindly note the Trial period is only of one month and money will be auto debited.
• In order to avail the discount vouchers the Customer shall be required to transact online on the Alliance Partner’s affiliate merchants website and enter the coupon code provided by the Alliance Partner during the Offer Period.
• The code and link to redeem the code will be shared, via secured mailbox and SMS within 20 days from the date of transaction.
• The customer has the flexibility to choose from a range of vouchers subjected to a maximum of value of Rs 1000.

III. The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria

• The Offer is valid only for ICICI Bank customers(s) who have subscribed my money and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period. The communication would be in a digital medium.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Alliance Period or until the discount vouchers lasts with the alliance partners affiliate channels, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Offer Period: September 08, 2015 to April 18, 2016.
• Alliance Period: September 08, 2015 to May 18, 2016, both days inclusive. User has to redeem the promo code from couponduniya link in this period.

Steps To Avail The Offer

• Log on to www.icicibank.com using your Internet Banking User ID and Password
• Select My Money under Exclusive Offerings tab
• Click on 'Go to My Money' to start using My Money
• You will receive the CouponDunia Promo Code in your secured mailbox or by SMS, within 20 days of subscribing to My Money
• Redeem the promo code at icici.coupondunia.in/ and shop for your favourite brands!

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at wls@couponduniya.in without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the offer without any prior notice.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the below mentioned email id wls@coupondunia.in without any reference to ICICI Bank.
