Terms and Conditions for BMS offer

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean 'Bigtree Entertainment Pvt Ltd', hereby known as 'Bookmyshow', who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bankfor the purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a resident Indian individual/HUF holding an ICICI Bank savings account and having valid access to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Services.
• “Goal” for the purposes of this Offer shall mean an ICICI Bank iWish goal opened online by a Customer/s.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided to the Customer/s by the Alliance Partner on purchase of its Products/Services, using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services , ICICI Bank credit card and debit card during the Offer Period on the Website of the Alliance Partner by providing Vouchers to Customer who create an iWish goal for the first time.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from February 02, 2015 and ending on February 28, 2015, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)” shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to the Internet Banking users.
• “Net Banking User(s)” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings bank account and is using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /declared unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• "Voucher" shall mean Promo Code provided to the Customer/s from by the respective Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.bookmyshow.com

II. Offer

The Customers who create 2 iWish Goals during the Offer Period will be entitled to get a Voucher offering Rs 100/- off on any transaction made on the Website using ICICI Bank Internet Banking Facility/ ICICI Bank credit cards/ debit cards.

The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:

• The Offer is valid only for those Customers who have opened two iWish goals during the Offer Period.
• Each customer will get maximum one Voucher.
• Eligible Customer/s shall be provided the coupon code via e-mail to the Net Banking Users’ secured mailbox within 30 days from the date of iWish creation.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer is on a voluntary basis.
• The Customer may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

III. Steps To Avail The Offer

• Visit www.bookmyshow.com and select the location, movie, cinema, show date,time and seats of your preference.
• On the payment page, tick the check box "Avail Discounts & Offers" and from the drop-down list, select "Winpin" option.
• Enter the Voucher code sent to you in the text box & click on "Apply Offer". Make payment through ICICI Bank debit card, credit card or ICICI Bank Net Banking Service.

IV. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• This Offer is brought to you solely by the Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner.
• The Voucher can be redeemed only on the Website and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
• The Voucher can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for movies/plays/concerts/sport available on the Website.
• The Voucher is valid pan India across all cinemas/partners associated with the Alliance Partner.
• The Voucher can be used only once within the validity period.
• The Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. The convenience fees (if any) and/or any other additional transactional amount will be borne by the Customer.
• In case of loss/misuse, the Voucher will be replaced. It can't be replaced. The Voucher shall become void if resold.
• The Voucher cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash & cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.
• In addition to the Alliance Partner’s Winpin Voucher terms and conditions, Alliance Partner’s Vouchers and their use on ICICI Bank’s website by the Customers will also be subject to the Alliance Partner's general terms of use. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Alliance Partner will be final. However, no dispute would be deemed to constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.

V. Terms prescribed by ICICI Bank :

a) Terms and conditions prescribed for the Net Banking Users

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and/or make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products/services provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Each customer can get a maximum of one voucher.
• Any images used in the promotions are for illustrative purpose only.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank debit/credit cardholder/Net Banking User due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank debit/credit cardholder/Net Banking User.
• Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank card debit/credit card holder/Net Banking User. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services of the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/ Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
