Detailed Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions:

• “Customer/s” –shall mean existing savings bank account customers of ICICI Bank who have received communication from ICICI Bank in the form of SMS, notification or email about this Offer.
• "Alliance Partner" shall mean FTL who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Transaction” shall mean payment through the Channel in respect of Products purchased on the Platform.
• "Products" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered to the Customer on the Platform.
• “Channel” shall mean the internet banking channel of ICICI Bank.
• “Platform” shall mean the Alliance Partner’s platform namely, the ‘Compare and Buy’ and ‘Compare and Fly’ section, hosted on the Website.6.
• “Void Transactions" shall” shall mean any Transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from November 1, 2018 to November 11, 2018, both days inclusive.
• “Offer” shall mean the Payback provided by the Alliance Partner to Customers who do Transactions, during the Offer Period.
• “Website” shall mean any of the following websites of ICICI Bank: https://www.icicibank.com/offers/compare-and-buy/index.page? And https://www.icicibank.com/offers/compare-and-buy/compare-and-fly.page?
• “Payback” shall mean 20X reward points provided by the Alliance Partner to the Customer on doing Transactions during the Offer Period.
• “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• Book your flight tickets by using ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
• 20X ICICI Bank Rewards PAYBACK points will be credited to the debit card associated with your Internet Banking Savings account

• Customers who do Transactions during the Offer Period will be able to avail of the Offer.
• The Offer is applicable on Transactions done by the Customer during the Offer Period on the Platform.
• The Offer will only be applicable for Transactions done through the Channel.
• The Offer is given on the total value of the Transactions made by the Customer excluding GST/other taxes/ delivery charges.
• The maximum reward points that can be earned by a Customer while availing the offer is limited to 5000 (five thousand) points per month.
• No reward points will be given if the Transactions are cancelled or returned.
• The reward points will be sent to the savings account of the Customers within 90 working days of the Transaction.
• This Offer is not extendable and non-negotiable. This Offer and the Payback pertaining to it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This Offer is valid for residents and/or citizens of India only.
• The Offer is valid on Transactions made on the ‘Deals & More’ section under the Platform. It is not valid on offers made by individual merchants on the Website.
• Transactions involving returned Products, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent Transactions will not be considered for this Offer.
• If a Customer has more than 1 (one) ICICI Bank debit card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the Customer in order to qualify for the said Offer.
• The Offer shall not be applicable to Customers with delinquent accounts at the start of the Offer Period or accounts that become delinquent during the Offer Period.
• Redemption of the reward points is voluntary and all related charges shall be deemed to be voluntarily incurred by a Customer in normal course of debit card usage.
• ICICI Bank may at its sole discretion award additional reward points to the Customers.
• Request for reward points redemption, shall only be entertained from the primary card member. Customers shall earn reward point/s for retail transaction/s. Customers shall however not be entitled to earn reward points on retail transactions that have been subsequently reversed.
• Customers shall not be eligible to earn reward points towards transactions involving cash withdrawal advances and any other kind of fees/charges that may be applicable on their cards such as but not limited to any joining fee, annual fee, supplementary card fee, multiple card fee, balance transfer fee, cash advance fee, charges for dishonored cheques, financial charges, delinquency charges, late payment charges, service charge and any other fee/charge that may be levied by the ICICI Bank from time to time.
• The option of redemption once invoked by the Customer cannot be subsequently canceled/withdrawn/changed at the instance of the Customer.
• The Payback points from ICICI Bank Rewards* given to Customers upon Transactions done on the Platform during the Offer period are as per the below mentioned structure:

*On every Rs 200 spent.

III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank:

• Computation of the Payback as may be done by ICICI Bank under the Offer shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Customer and shall not be liable to any dispute.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body established by law (central, state or local), which may arise or accrue to the Customer by redemption of the Payback under the respective Offer, as aforesaid, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Products shall be payable by the Customer.
• Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on ICICI Bank to continue the Offer after the expiry of the Offer Period or to substitute the Offer by a similar or a new Offer.
• The Customer shall not hold ICICI Bank responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in normal course of debit card usage.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to nullify the Payback earned by the Customer under the respective Offer in case of ICICI Bank induced closure of the card account or the termination / cancellation of the card or the termination/cancellation of the respective Offer.
• ICICI Bank expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to the Customer, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or in part, or withdraw altogether the Offer or any other Payback that ICICI Bank may introduce from time to time.
• Customer/s may note that accrual of reward points shall vary across the different types of ICICI Bank debit cards and shall be as mentioned in the respective debit card communications, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank may, at its sole discretion, award bonus reward points for any other retail transaction/s at its sole discretion either for a specific period or promotional scheme/s or specific promos/schemes.
• Reward points once exchanged under any specific scheme/promotional offer that may be either offered by ICICI Bank or by ICICI Bank's tie up with a merchant partner/participating partner or for any other partner's loyalty programmed cannot be subsequently transferred back to the card account or canceled at the instance of the Customer.
• ICICI Bank assumes no responsibility for reward points converted/transferred to any merchant partner/participating partners' program or otherwise wherever such conversion/transfer of reward points is applicable.
• Selection, addition or deletion of the Products offered shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and subject to change without notice.
• All visuals of the goods/services in the redemption catalogue or related web pages are indicative only.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held responsible where any manufacturer/supplier of Products offered to Customer withdraws, cancels, alters or amends the Products.
• All Products available for redemption are subject to availability of the same and manufacturer's warranties/restrictions at the time of redemption.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the quality, usefulness and worthiness of the Products or the Payback under the Offer and shall not be responsible if the same are in any way found to be defective.
• ICICI Bank shall make an endeavour that Products are delivered within 10 working days. Notwithstanding the same, ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of the Products. The Payback earned by the Customer has no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Products mentioned in the redemption catalogue are non-transferable and non-encashable.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Customer . ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by ICICI Bank to continue the Offer.
• A communication/ notice pertaining to Products/Paybacks that are offered to Customers under the Offer shall only be entertained, within 10 (ten) days of delivery of such Products/Paybacks to the Customers . Any claim made after 10 (ten) days thereafter shall not be entertained by ICICI Bank. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the product/services/rewards shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• The delivery status of Products can only be tracked up to 30 (thirty) days post delivery. Any subsequent communication for delivery status will not be entertained.
• The Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• No two Offers can be combined or benefits of two Offers be combined at any point in time, for Transactions done on the Platform, associated with the Offer.
• ICICI Bank is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a Customer may suffer, sustain or incur due to the Offer.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products for which such Offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the Customer ceases to be a Customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to Customer.
• The Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the Offer lasts with ICICI Bank whichever is earlier. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank or its Customer/s. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable.
• This Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Products/Paybacks availed by Customers under the Offer.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank.
• All disputes under the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Products or the Offer. Any dispute or claim regarding the Products and Offer must be resolved with the concerned Alliance Partner without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the concerned Alliance Partner or Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by the use of the Channel.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Products or the Payback.
