I. Definitions

• “Alliance Partners” shall mean “Thomas Cook India who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer. “Customer(s)” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean person having existing ICICI Bank Savings account, including salary savings accounts.
• “Campaign/Contest” means the Father’s Day campaign of ICICI Bank applicable to those male customers who holds saving account with ICICI Bank and whoes age is minimum 18 years and maximum 59 years. This campaign is not applicable for ICICI Bank employees.
• “ICICI Bank” shall mean ICICI Bank Limited, India
• Eligible Customers” shall mean customers who meet all the criteria mentioned in the “Eligibility criteria to avail the offer” section mentioned as below.
• “Campaignperiod” shall mean the period from June 15 to July 15, 2019 for bringing incremental funds and doing digital transactions as specified in the Eligibility criteria below. Both days are inclusive in the period.
• "PrimaryTermsandConditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Savings Account and which are available on ICICI Bank’s website
• “Offer/Prize/ Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner. i.e. Thomas Cook Gift Card, discount voucher offered by Central and MakeMyTrip
• “Thomas Cook Gift Card” shall mean e-gift card
• “Website” shall mean. www.thomascook.in
• VoidTransaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance Partner
• “Winner” shall mean all those Eligible Customers who have been selected by the ICICI Bank basis the eligibility criteria.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Eligibility criteria:

Customers meeting below criteria will be eligible:

• Criteria 1: Completion of The ONE Father’s Day Quiz
• Criteria 2: Minimum 2 digital transactions from June 15 to July 15, 2019.
• Criteria 3: Incremental funding of 3 lakhs and above during 15 days offer period in June (June 15 to 30) and maintain this funding till the end of the offer period i.e. July 15, 2019
• Criteria 4: Incremental funding of 3 lacs and above during 15 days offer period of July (July 1 to15) and maintain this funding till the end of the offer period i.e. July 15, 2019

Winner will be decided basis maximum number of digital transaction in the promo period and will win a gift voucher from our Alliance Partner amounting to a total of Rs. 9 lakh for USA & Rs. 1.5 lakh for Goa which can be redeemed for the trip.

• 1^st Winner: Will get a gift voucher from Thomas Cook to travel to USA with his family (3 members). Gift voucher of Rs. 9 lakh will tentatively cover the travel cost of three members of the family
• 2^nd and 3^rd Winner: Will get a gift voucher from Thomas Cook to travel to Goa with his family (3 members) Gift voucher of Rs. 1.5 lakh will tentatively cover the travel cost of three members of the family.

Same customer will not be eligible to qualify to two foreign trips from ICICI Bank.

Note:

• If there are more than one customer with same number of transactions, then the customer with the highest cumulative value of transactions will be considered.
• Eligible Winners will be informed within 60 days’ post offer period through their registered mobile number and email ID. In case ICICI Bank is not able to contact the Winner, the ICICI Bank reserves the right to declare the next Eligible Customer as the Winner.

III:Terms&Conditions as prescribed by Alliance Partner “Thomas Cook India”

• Thomas Cook gift cards are redeemable only on Domestic and International Holidays, Flights, Hotels at any Thomas cook branch or www.thomascook.in. Purchase of foreign exchange (Personal & Tour Cost), Visa and Travel Insurance services are not allowed through gift card.
• After entering your gift card during checkout, the balance will immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, another card can be used up to a total of 3 cards.
• Gift Card is valid for one year and not more from the date of activation.
• Gift Card Balance can be checked online or calling us on our toll free number.
• Thomas Cook Gift cards can't be returned or cancelled after purchase.
• Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are applied to the gift card.
• Gift cards can't be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Treat gift cards like cash.
• Thomas Cook is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Thomas Cook reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or for other violations of gift card policies.
• Thomas Cook may assign these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the gift card holder. However, if Thomas Cook assign the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will remain substantially the same unless the gift card holder is notified.

• Yes, you can redeem up to 3 Gift Card in 1 transaction. So, if you run out of balance on one card, you can use another one to complete your transaction. The cards are valid for a year from the date of activation and can be used as long as they are in validity period with enough balance.

What happens if the transaction amount is lower than the Thomas Cook Gift Card amount?

• Only the required amount will be deducted. The remaining value can be used for future transactions. This means once you have completed your current transaction you can use the remaining balance to book your next adventure as long as you redeem the cards before its expiration date.

What happens to the Thomas Cook Gift Card if I cancel my booking?

• If you cancel your bookings, the refund will be credited back to your Thomas Cook Gift Card account. If for whatever reason, you have to cancel your bookings, the amount, after deducting cancellation charges, will be credited back to your Thomas Cook Gift Card account. And you can use the card to make future payments but make sure you keep an eye out for that expiration date.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount

• Experiences purchased will be for fixed date and venue and there will be no refund.

Other Terms and Conditions

• If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount
• This offer is NOT applicable on ICICI Bank corporate cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether

DEFINITIONS

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean “Central” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
• “Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank Savings Account, VISA/MASTER Credit Card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer

• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

Any dispute or claim regarding the services and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.

• The shopping voucher can be redeemed only at Central outlets
• The voucher cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of cosmetics, fragrances, watches, electronics, mobile phones/ accessories shop in shop purchases or any other establishments which is not directly associated with Central
• The voucher must be redeemed in full. Partial redemptions are not allowed
• The shopping voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
• No duplicate will be issued if this voucher is lost or misplaced
• The holder of this voucher is deemed to be beneficiary
• Validity period of the voucher will not be extended under any circumstances
