• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited, hereby referred to as Reliance Digital who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Cash Back" shall mean the amount credited back to the Card Account, calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount arrived at on the basis of the approval/authorization code appearing on the chargeslip generated upon making a Retail Purchase.
• "Program/Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from March 18, 2021 to June 30, 2021, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.reliancedigital.in
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• This “cashback” (“Offer”) is run by ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by ICICI Bank to make a purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website www.reliancedigital.com
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Get 10% cashback at Reliance Digital on Air Conditioners, Refrigerators and Coolers
• Also, avail 5% cashback on all other products.

• Offer applicable across the Reliance Digital Universe- Reliance Digital, My Jio Store, Jio Points (www.reliancedigital.in)
• Customer can avail the offer only once per card per month during the offer duration
• Maximum cashback is capped at Rs. 2,000 per card per month across stores & online website
• Minimum transaction amount required to avail the offer is Rs. 10,000
• Offer on Credit cards EMI transactions is valid from 18th March 2021 to 30th June 2021 inclusive of both the days
• Offer on Debit cards EMI transactions is valid from 18th March 2021 to 30th April 2021 inclusive of both the days
• Offer not valid on ICICI Bank Commercial / Business Cards & Amazon Pay Credit Card
• Cashback offer at participating stores is valid only on card swiped at Pinelabs/ Plutus POS terminal
• Cashback for all eligible transactions shall be posted within 90 days of last day of transaction month on best efforts basis
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand EMI offers – In case of any other brand EMI offer, customer would not be eligible for above offer
• Offer is valid on purchase of products worth Rs. 10,000/- or more in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit / Debit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online website. (Eligible Customer).
• Benefit under this Offer is limited to once per form card per month.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
• Offer not valid on Commercial Cards and ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Card.
• Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.

• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
