Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and are in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank’s Silver, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Accounts (the “Primary Terms and Conditions”) as available on www.icicibank.com.

To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as specified under the Primary Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean, - A person who opens new Silver, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account with ICICI Bank, (as defined hereunder) during the Offer Period and subject to such terms and conditions as shall be specified by ICICI Bank from time to time, or - An existing ICICI Bank Savings Bank Account holder who upgrades his/her existing ICICI Bank Savings Bank Account to an ICICI Bank Silver, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account variant during the Offer Period and subject to such terms and conditions as shall be specified by ICICI Bank from time to time.
• “Silver Savings Account” shall include standard Silver Savings Account as well as Silver variant of Advantage Woman Savings Account, Life Plus Senior Citizen Savings Account, Young Stars Savings Account, Easy Receive Savings Account, Biz Save and Professional Savings Account which are opened with ICICI Bank in accordance with ICICI Bank terms and conditions.
• “Gold Privilege Account” shall include standard Gold Privilege Account as well as Gold Privilege variant of Advantage Woman Savings Account, Life Plus Senior Citizen Savings Account, Young Stars Savings Account, Easy Receive Savings Account, Biz Save Plus and Professional Savings Account which are opened with ICICI Bank in accordance with ICICI Bank terms and conditions.
• “Titanium Privilege Account” shall include standard Titanium Privilege Account as well as Titanium Privilege variant of Advantage Woman Savings Account, Life Plus Senior Citizen Savings Account, Young Stars Savings Account, Easy Receive Savings Account and Professional Savings Account which are opened with ICICI Bank in accordance with ICICI Bank terms and conditions.
• “Wealth Management Savings Account” shall include standard Wealth Account, Life Plus Senior Citizen Savings Account, Young Stars Savings Account, and Professional Savings Account which are opened with ICICI Bank in accordance with ICICI Bank terms and conditions.
• Silver, Gold Privilege or Titanium Privilege Account variants with Nil or lower Monthly Average Balance (MAB) requirement, (i.e. amount less than Rs.25,000 for Silver Savings Account, Rs.50,000 for Gold Privilege Account, Rs.125,000 for Titanium Privilege Account) will not be eligible for this offer.
• “Offer” shall mean the Gift/s being provided to the Customer/s free of cost on opening a new Silver Savings, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account or upgrading an existing Savings Account to a Silver Savings or Gold Privilege Account, as mentioned above with ICICI Bank during the Offer Period in accordance with ICICI Bank terms and conditions.
• “Gift/s” shall mean the following product of the Vendor:
  (a) Provogue Tie or Stole for opening a Account or upgrading an existing ICICI Bank Savings Bank Account to Silver Savings, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account variant as defined above
  (b) Tie for male and Stole for female primary applicant in the saving account will be provided subject to availability till stocks last.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from August 01, 2015 up to August 31, 2015 both dates inclusive.

Offer

• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customer/s (as per the definitions given above) who open a new Silver Savings, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account or upgrade their existing ICICI Bank Savings Bank Account to Silver Savings, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account with ICICI Bank as mentioned above during the Offer Period.
• Customer/s would receive the gift within 90 working days from the date of activation of account / upgrade of existing savings account to Silver Savings, Gold Privilege, Titanium Privilege or Wealth Management Savings Account, as the case may be.
• The Gift is subject to availability.
• The Gift/s will be delivered to Customer/s at their registered communication address as per ICICI Bank’s records.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by ICICI Bank.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not applicable for employees of ICICI Bank / it's Group companies

Other Terms and Conditions

ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift/s.

• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift/s shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on gifts / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
