Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Offer" shall mean the campaign for "win Kindle reader" which shall be applicable for any 5 or more transactions like fund transfer, bill pay, recharge, insurance payment or ticket booking transactions using ICICI Bank iMobile app.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this offer shall mean persons who are ICICI Bank iMobile app and m.icicibank.com users.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from August 24, 2016 to August 31, 2016,both days inclusive.
• "Winners" shall mean top transactors who have  done 5 or more transactions during the offer period on ICICI Bank iMobile app andb to whom a Kindle shall be given during the Offer Period.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to the Internet Banking users.
• "Net Banking User(s)" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings bank account and is using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services on mobile i.e m.icicibank.com.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
• "Channel" shall mean ICICI Bank iMobile app.

Steps to avail the Offer

• The top transactor will be selected on the below criteria:
• Customer needs to be the highest transactor by value of transactions on the iMobile app and should have done 5 or more transactions during the offer period.
• The top 7 highest transactors by value of transactions during the offer period shall be the offer winners.
• The transactions which will be considered – Fund Transfer, Bill Pay, Recharge, Insurance paymentand ticket booking.

II. General Terms and Conditions

• Fund transfer by the Customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
• One customer is eligible only once as a Winner under the Offer.
• This Offer is applicable only for Value Banking and Privilege Banking customers
• Employees will not be eligible for the Offer
• The Winners list will be published by September 30, 2016. This list will include the name of all the eligible Winners, who will be sent their Kindle at their registered address
• The warranty period for Kindle will be 01 year from Date oF Registration by user and for accessories the warranty will be for 00 months.
• Voucher India shall deliver the Kindle to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
• If the delivered Kindle is found damaged, Kindle CS @ 180030009011 would reverse pick the damaged Kindle and replace the same.
• If the delivered Kinlde is found defective, Kindle CS @ 180030009011 will receive the complaint on phone and replace the device.
• ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in "Steps to avail the offer" and Voucher India shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for Kindle delivered and the services provided by Voucher India and complaints, if any, about the same shall be redirected to Voucher India.
• Transactions using any other channel except ICICI Bank iMobile app or m.icicibank.com will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• After Kindle is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to the ICICI Bank 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE
• Suggestions/Grievances if any have to be registered with ICICI Bank Customer care maximum within 60 days of offer completion.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of Kindle and the services provided by Voucher India and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of Kindle or other services provided by Voucher India, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the smartphone availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User or ICICI Bank iMobile App user ceases to be a ICICI Bank iMobile App user at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User or ICICI Bank iMobile App user.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
