Terms and Condition

• The offer “get a Tablet everyday” is applicable for Fund Transfer transactions using the Mobile Banking Application of ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) – iMobile (“Offer”).
• The Offer is valid from October 10, 2014 to October 26, 2014 (“Offer Period”).
• The Tabletlet shall be given to the top 3 transactors per day during the Offer Period (“Winners”).
• The top 3 transactors will be selected on the basis of the highest value of transaction using Fund Transfer mode of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile. If there are more than 3 eligible customers, then ICICI Bank shall select the customer who first made the transaction.
• Fund transfer by the customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
• One customer is eligible to get only one Tabletlet as a Winner under the Offer.
• The specifications of the Tabletlet which shall be provided under this Offer are: Lenovo Idea Tablet A1000 with 7 inch Capacitive Touchscreen, Support Voice Call, 1.2 GHz Dual Core Processor, Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean) OS, Wi-fi+2G (“Tablet”).
• The warranty period for the Tablet will be 1 year and for accessories the warranty will be for 6 months. The Tablet and the accessories can be serviced at any E-zone outlet while in the warranty period.
• E-zone shall deliver the Tablet to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
• If the delivered Tablet is found damaged, E-zone would reverse pick the damaged Tablet and replace the same.
• If the delivered Tablet is found defective, the Winner would have to get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate from the brand service center and E-zone will replace the defective Tablet post reverse pick up.
• ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in Point 4and E-zone shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the Tablet delivered and the services provided by E-zone and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to E-zone/Lenovo.
• Fund transfer using any other channel but ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Winner will not have to make any payment to E-zone to receive the Tablet.
• Winner will get the original product certificate along with the Tablet at the time of delivery.
• After the Tablet is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the Tablet and the services provided by E-zone and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Tablet or other services provided by E-zone, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
