I. Terms and Conditions for Powerbank promo

• The offer "get a Free Powerbank everyday" is applicable for Fund Transfer transactions using the Mobile Banking Application of ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) – iMobile ("Offer").
• The Offer is valid from April 06, 2015 to May 04, 2015. ("Offer Period").
• The Powerbank shall be given to the top 20 transactors per day during the Offer Period ("Winners").
• The top 20 transactors will be selected on the basis of the highest value of transaction using Fund Transfer mode of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile. If there are more than 20 eligible customers, then ICICI Bank shall select the customer who first made the transaction.
• Fund transfer by the customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
• One customer is eligible to get only one Powerbank as a Winner under the Offer.
• Only one highest transaction will be considered whichever is the first transaction done using iMobile or m.icicibank.com.
• The transaction time considered will be from 9am to 6pm.
• The specifications of the Powerbank which shall be provided under this Offer are: Powerbank.
• The warranty period for the Powerbank will be 1 year and for accessories the warranty will be for 6 months. The Powerbank and the accessories can be serviced at any Infibeam outlet while in the warranty period.
• Infibeam shall deliver the Powerbank to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
• If the delivered Powerbank is found damaged, Infibeam would reverse pick the damaged Powerbank and replace the same.
• If the delivered Powerbank is found defective, the Winner would have to get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate from the brand service center and Infibeam will replace the defective Powerbank post reverse pick up.
• ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in Point 4 and Infibeam shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the Phonebank delivered and the services provided by Infibeam and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to Infibeam.
• Fund transfer using any other channel but ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Winner will not have to make any payment to Infibeam to receive the Powerbank.
• Winner will get the original product certificate along with the Powerbank at the time of delivery.
• After the Powerbank is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the Powerbank and the services provided by Infibeam and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Powerbank or other services provided by Infibeam, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to ICICI Bank’s 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE.

• The Powerbank shall be given to the top 20 transactors per day during the Offer Period ("Winners").
