II. Terms and Conditions for Get a Tab a day Offer.

  • The offer "get a tab everyday" is applicable for Fund Transfer transactions using ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application – iMobile or m.icicibank.com.
  • The HCL Tab will be given to the Top 4 transactors per day during the offer period – 2 each on ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application – iMobile or m.icicibank.com.
  • Warranty period will be as per product.
  • OTS e-solution Pvt Ltd will deliver the product to winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
  • If the delivered product is found defective, the customer would have to get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate from the brand service center and OTS e-solution Pvt Ltd will replace post reverse pick up.
  • If the delivered product is found damaged, we would reverse pick the product and replace the same.
  • OTS e-solution Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for winners’ list and it will be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank to choose winners as per the criteria set in the offer.
  • ICICI Bank will not be responsible for product delivered by OTS e-solution Pvt Ltd and complaints if any about the product will be redirected to OTS e-solution Pvt Ltd.
  • The Top 4 transactors will be chosen as per the highest value of transaction using Fund Transfer mode of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile or m.icicibank.com. If there are more than 4 eligible customers, then ICICI Bank will choose the customer who came in first to do the transaction.
  • Fund transfer using any other channel but ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile or m.icicibank.com will not be valid for being eligible for the offer.
  • Fund transfer to own account will be not considered.
  • The Top 4 transactors every day will be given the Tab.
  • The offer is valid from February 14 to February 28, 2014.
  • Customer will not have to do any payment to receive the payment.

I. Definitions

  • "Alliance Partner" shall mean Pisces eservices Pvt. Ltd. (known as www.foodpanda.in), who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
  • "ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, credit card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
  • "ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Service(s) "shall mean mobile banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer.
  • "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
  • "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from February 14, 2015 to February 28, 2015, both days inclusive.
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s mobile banking facility/service.
  • "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
  • "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.foodpanda.in.
  • "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been can celled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

Top 200 transactors doing Funds Transfer using ICICI Bank iMobile app or m.icicibank.com every day shall receive a Voucher worth Rs. 200/- from www. foodpanda.in.

  • The offer is Flat 200 off on any order size above 300 at www.foodpanda.in.
  • Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
  • The ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- encashable.
  • The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

IV. Terms Prescribed By Alliance Partner

  • Offer Valid for only new customers on foodpanda.in.
  • Minimum order value required to avail this offer is Rs.300.
  • The discount will be applicable only on online payments of orders placed on foodpanda website and mobile app.
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is for one time use and is not transferable.
  • In no case whatsoever can the discount amount be refunded, en-cashed or partly en-cashed.

V. General Terms

  • ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank iMobile App or m.icicibank.com customer/s.
  • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
  • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
  • All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed.
  • The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
  • ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
